intellect_n than_o any_o sort_n of_o brute_n which_o together_o with_o their_o extraordinary_a instrument_n of_o hand_n and_o tongue_n make_v they_o able_a to_o perform_v thing_n that_o far_o exceed_v the_o capacity_n of_o beast_n but_o if_o such_o hand_n and_o tongue_n be_v withdraw_v from_o the_o humane_a body_n some_o beast_n may_v equal_v or_o exceed_v the_o race_n of_o man_n in_o make_v provision_n for_o their_o natural_a subsistence_n and_o defence_n and_o some_o other_o occasion_n belong_v to_o each_o of_o their_o nature_n thus_o man_n be_v advantage_v in_o the_o mode_n and_o structure_n of_o their_o body_n above_o the_o beast_n and_o yet_o these_o ability_n do_v not_o prove_v that_o their_o flesh_n blood_n bones_o or_o breath_n do_v material_o differ_v from_o those_o of_o the_o brute_n whence_o we_o argue_v that_o though_o man_n intellectual_a faculty_n do_v far_o exceed_v those_o of_o brute_n yet_o that_o advantage_n do_v not_o convince_o prove_v that_o the_o spirit_n
