people_n so_o the_o late_a execrable_a rebellion_n proceed_v not_o from_o the_o defect_n of_o the_o law_n nor_o from_o the_o defect_n of_o the_o just_a and_o ample_a power_n of_o the_o king_n but_o from_o the_o power_n ill_a man_n rebellious_o possess_v themselves_o of_o by_o which_o they_o suppress_v the_o strength_n of_o the_o law_n and_o wrest_v the_o power_n out_o of_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o king_n against_o which_o violence_n his_o sovereign_n be_v no_o otherwise_o secure_a then_o by_o declare_v that_o his_o subject_n proceed_v unjust_o of_o which_o no_o body_n doubt_v but_o that_o
