know_v it_o be_v so_o i_o have_v some_o taste_n of_o it_o on_o my_o part_n which_o suffice_v to_o make_v i_o conclude_v that_o thou_o haste_v lay_v forth_o so_o great_a treasure_n of_o thy_o wisdom_n come_v to_o the_o behold_v of_o his_o work_n nevertheless_o god_n grant_v to_o the_o philosopher_n in_o the_o mean_a while_n too_o view_n and_o consider_v many_o thing_n which_o shall_v not_o be_v understand_v of_o the_o common_a people_n and_o the_o unlearned_a sort_n but_o god_n mean_v here_o be_v not_o to_o call_v we_o to_o such_o a_o school_n what_o then_o he_o mean_v to_o show_v the_o thing_n that_o be_v available_a for_o our_o salvation_n which_o be_v that_o we_o shall_v first_o know_v what_o we_o ourselves_o be_v and_o of_o what_o metal_n we_o be_v make_v and_o second_o that_o in_o respect_n of_o the_o workmanship_n that_o be_v in_o we_o we_o shall_v behold_v the_o shape_n that_o god_n have_v give_v we_o to_o glorify_v he_o withal_o to_o the_o end_n that_o none_o of_o we_o neither_o great_a nor_o small_a learned_a nor_o ignorant_a and_o simple_a shall_v have_v any_o excuse_n at_o all_o for_o if_o god_n have_v treat_v of_o thing_n overcunning_o the_o great_a clerk_n will_v have_v surmise_v that_o they_o have_v attain_v too_o such_o knowledge_n by_o their_o own_o study_n or_o by_o reason_n of_o their_o great_a discretion_n above_o other_o man_n but_o god_n set_v down_o thing_n here_o in_o such_o a_o sense_n as_o there_o need_v no_o descant_v upon_o they_o afterward_o nor_o any_o such_o great_a speculation_n as_o the_o unlearned_a may_v say_v i_o never_o go_v to_o school_n there_o need_v no_o great_a learning_n nor_o skill_n too_o understand_v what_o be_v say_v here_o you_o see_v then_o that_o the_o great_a clerk_n shall_v be_v the_o more_o blame_v know_v not_o that_o there_o be_v a_o sovereign_a godhead_n may_v be_v convict_v thereof_o even_o by_o one_o only_a nail_n of_o a_o man_n without_o go_v any_o further_o you_o see_v our_o nail_n be_v as_o it_o be_v superfluous_a in_o our_o body_n and_o yet_o notwithstanding_o if_o we_o look_v well_o upon_o our_o nail_n we_o shall_v see_v a_o wonderful_a workmanship_n in_o they_o for_o they_o his_o offspring_n be_v deprive_v and_o shut_v out_o from_o the_o grace_n that_o have_v be_v bestow_v upon_o he_o and_o whereof_o come_v that_o because_o we_o be_v all_o enclose_v within_o his_o have_v resist_v his_o own_o passion_n but_o be_v fain_o to_o be_v torment_v and_o too_o endure_v great_a distress_n so_o much_o the_o more_o than_o ought_v we_o too_o receive_v this_o advertyzement_n alas_o lord_n our_o life_n be_v but_o short_a and_o brittle_a there_o be_v nothing_o but_o filthiness_n and_o corruption_n in_o we_o and_o yet_o for_o all_o that_o thou_o forget_v we_o not_o deserve_v we_o that_o thou_o shall_v regard_v we_o be_v we_o worthy_a that_o thou_o shall_v visit_v we_o alas_o no_o lord_n for_o the_o very_a angel_n of_o heaven_n be_v not_o worthy_a of_o that_o and_o how_o unto_o god_n and_o what_o shall_v we_o say_v of_o the_o angel_n then_o what_o shall_v we_o say_v of_o man_n be_v they_o mortal_a as_o the_o brute_n beast_n it_o be_v certain_a that_o we_o feel_v much_o be_v to_o be_v think_v of_o that_o which_o he_o say_v here_o now_o for_o when_o we_o see_v the_o tree_n which_o in_o winter_n time_n be_v dead_a or_o at_o leastwise_o seem_v dead_a become_v fresh_a and_o green_a again_o in_o the_o spring_n time_n we_o must_v be_v confirm_v in_o that_o which_o god_n declare_v unto_o we_o namely_o that_o although_o our_o life_n be_v hide_v and_o we_o be_v here_o as_o it_o be_v in_o the_o shadow_n of_o death_n yet_o shall_v not_o that_o hinder_v we_o to_o lift_v up_o our_o head_n continual_o and_o look_v for_o the_o resurrection_n that_o he_o have_v promise_v we_o yea_o and_o even_o now_o although_o we_o seem_v dead_a yet_o have_v we_o god_n spirit_n dwell_v in_o we_o which_o be_v a_o sufficient_a warrant_n of_o our_o life_n and_o whensoever_o it_o shall_v please_v god_n
too_o take_v we_o out_o of_o this_o world_n although_o our_o body_n rot_v away_o yet_o notwithstanding_o see_v he_o have_v print_v the_o seal_n of_o his_o holy_a spirit_n in_o our_o soul_n think_v we_o that_o they_o shall_v perish_v when_o as_o he_o be_v the_o protector_n of_o they_o so_o then_o the_o frailty_n that_o be_v in_o man_n life_n ought_v too_o stir_v we_o up_o the_o more_o too_o magnify_v god_n goodness_n towards_o we_o if_o god_n wrought_v after_o a_o other_o order_n that_o be_v too_o wit_n if_o when_o he_o bring_v we_o lack_v to_o himself_o by_o faith_n he_o shall_v place_v we_o here_o as_o it_o be_v in_o a_o little_a paradise_n so_o as_o we_o shall_v be_v like_o the_o angel_n and_o his_o power_n shall_v show_v itself_o in_o we_o and_o we_o be_v void_a of_o all_o these_o infirmity_n which_o we_o see_v and_o our_o life_n may_v not_o be_v like_o a_o shadow_n that_o vanish_v away_o nor_o we_o be_v wall_v in_o with_o so_o many_o misery_n but_o god_n shall_v dwell_v in_o the_o mid_n of_o we_o &_o reign_v peaceable_o in_o we_o very_o these_o gracious_a gist_n be_v so_o well_o worthy_a to_o be_v high_o esteem_v but_o yet_o shall_v we_o in_o the_o mean_a while_n mistake_v they_o we_o shall_v not_o know_v from_o whence_o they_o come_v we_o shall_v be_v carry_v away_o into_o a_o vaingloriousness_n as_o now_o when_o god_n humble_v we_o so_o many_o way_n if_o experience_n and_o by_o faith_n that_o we_o be_v alive_a yea_o very_o in_o he_o as_z of_o who_o life_n we_o be_v partaker_n and_o he_o make_v we_o to_o see_v as_o it_o be_v in_o a_o glass_n the_o say_a immortality_n which_o we_o wait_v for_o see_v then_o that_o god_n after_o he_o have_v humble_v we_o bring_v we_o too_o the_o hope_n that_o i_o speak_v of_o have_v we_o not_o the_o more_o cause_n to_o make_v much_o of_o his_o goodness_n to_o uswarde_v and_o to_o say_v alas_o lord_n that_o thy_o spirit_n shall_v dwell_v here_o in_o our_o body_n which_o be_v but_o worm_n and_o as_o for_o our_o soul_n there_o be_v nothing_o but_o wickedness_n in_o they_o and_o yet_o notwithstanding_o thou_o oh_o lord_n have_v choose_v both_o our_o body_n and_o our_o soul_n to_o be_v the_o temple_n of_o thy_o that_o ought_v we_o not_o to_o be_v stir_v the_o more_o to_o praise_n god_n so_o then_o we_o see_v how_o we_o may_v apply_v that_o thing_n to_o our_o instruction_n which_o job_n turn_v here_o to_o a_o evil_a use_n in_o go_v about_o too_o express_v the_o pang_n that_o he_o feel_v &_o whereagainst_o he_o fight_v and_o furthermore_o when_o we_o speak_v of_o our_o own_o state_n let_v we_o mark_v well_o that_o on_o the_o one_o side_n we_o must_v consider_v what_o we_o ourselves_o be_v &_o on_o the_o other_o side_n what_o god_n be_v able_a to_o do_v &_o what_o his_o power_n be_v i_o have_v say_v already_o that_o it_o be_v very_o requisite_a that_o man_n shall_v know_v themselves_o and_o look_v into_o themselves_o and_o why_o i_o have_v tell_v you_o that_o also_o already_o that_o be_v to_o wit_n because_o we_o need_v no_o prick_n forward_o to_o vainegloriousnesse_n for_o how_o frail_a so_o ever_o we_o be_v yet_o it_o be_v to_o be_v see_v that_o the_o most_o part_n of_o we_o ruffile_v and_o also_o therewithal_o we_o must_v consider_v what_o his_o power_n be_v and_o why_o for_o if_o we_o measure_v that_o which_o we_o hope_v for_o by_o that_o which_o we_o see_v what_o will_v become_v of_o it_o what_o shall_v become_v of_o the_o resurrection_n what_o shall_v become_v of_o the_o everlasting_a salvation_n that_o be_v promise_v we_o what_o shall_v become_v of_o his_o heavenly_a glory_n for_o be_v it_o likely_a that_o when_o our_o body_n be_v rot_v they_o shall_v be_v partaker_n of_o god_n glory_n or_o that_o we_o who_o see_v ourselves_o to_o be_v so_o frail_a as_o now_o must_v be_v companion_n with_o the_o angel_n in_o paradise_n or_o special_o that_o we_o shall_v be_v match_v with_o the_o son_n of_o god_n we_o know_v that_o all_o majesty_n and_o all_o sovereignty_n both_o in_o heaven_n and_o earth_n be_v give_v unto_o he_o be_v it_o likely_a that_o we_o shall_v resemble_v he_o or_o that_o we_o shall_v be_v member_n of_o his_o body_n to_o be_v partaker_n of_o all_o that_o which_o be_v give_v unto_o he_o can_v this_o enter_v into_o man_n reason_n what_o be_v to_o be_v do_v then_o let_v we_o acknowledge_v that_o which_o saint_n paul_n say_v to_o the_o that_o because_o god_n child_n walk_v simple_o and_o plain_o they_o may_v want_v many_o thing_n and_o it_o may_v seem_v that_o poverty_n threaten_v to_o attach_v they_o within_o a_o day_n or_o twain_o but_o yet_o god_n provide_v in_o such_o wise_a for_o they_o as_o they_o always_o keep_v on_o their_o way_n still_o we_o see_v then_o that_o the_o godly_a shall_v sometime_o be_v clothe_v with_o the_o he_o fulfil_v the_o threat_n which_o we_o hear_v speak_v of_o in_o this_o place_n and_o if_o he_o do_v not_o let_v we_o mark_v that_o he_o reserve_v the_o execution_n of_o his_o justice_n until_o all_o thing_n to_o make_v himself_o a_o lodging_n he_o eat_v cloth_n he_o eat_v fur_n he_o eat_v all_o that_o he_o find_v and_o to_o be_v short_a where_o so_o ever_o a_o moth_n lodge_v it_o be_v always_o too_o another_o body_n cost_n and_o hindrance_n and_o yet_o notwithstanding_o there_o be_v nothing_o but_o corcuption_n and_o vermin_n in_o his_o lodging_n when_o a_o vinekeeper_n make_v his_o caban_n to_o watch_v the_o vineyard_n it_o be_v but_o for_o three_o month_n for_o as_o soon_o as_o the_o vinetage_n be_v do_v down_o go_v the_o caban_n and_o although_o no_o man_n set_v hand_n that_o they_o shall_v make_v a_o great_a show_n for_o a_o time_n but_o in_o the_o end_n god_n will_v beat_v down_o their_o house_n so_o as_o they_o shall_v not_o abide_v in_o they_o any_o long_a while_n thus_o see_v you_o a_o notable_a judgement_n that_o god_n execute_v upon_o those_o that_o will_v make_v such_o estimation_n of_o then selue_o in_o this_o world_n and_o for_o as_o much_o as_o clothe_v it_o again_o for_o here_o the_o case_n concern_v man_n sight_n the_o earth_n in_o the_o night_n be_v as_o it_o be_v desert_n and_o waste_v and_o there_o be_v nothing_o see_v upon_o it_o but_o in_o the_o daytimes_o it_o be_v clothe_v again_o because_o that_o which_o way_n soever_o we_o turn_v our_o eye_n we_o see_v the_o goodly_a deck_n that_o god_n have_v put_v upon_o it_o according_a as_o he_o say_v that_o he_o crow_v the_o year_n with_o his_o blessing_n insomuch_o that_o when_o he_o replenish_v the_o earth_n with_o fruit_n it_o be_v all_o one_o as_o if_o he_o do_v put_v on_o goodly_a garment_n crown_n garland_n and_o such_o other_o thing_n upon_o it_o when_o we_o see_v that_o god_n work_v after_o that_o manner_n have_v we_o not_o whereat_o to_o be_v astonish_v yea_o and_o cause_n to_o confess_v that_o the_o greatness_n of_o he_o work_v surmount_v all_o our_o wit_n and_o that_o we_o utter_o fail_v of_o they_o for_o although_o we_o may_v in_o part_n taste_v of_o his_o goodness_n power_n wisdom_n and_o justice_n yet_o notwithstanding_o we_o must_v be_v fain_o at_o length_n in_o conclusion_n to_o cry_v out_o with_o david_n lord_n how_o wonderful_a &_o deep_a be_v thy_o work_n they_o be_v a_o bottomless_a pit_n and_o who_o shall_v rehearse_v they_o unto_o thou_o true_a it_o be_v that_o david_n restrain_v himself_o to_o reckon_v up_o god_n work_n &_o not_o to_o babble_v of_o they_o without_o know_v aught_o of_o they_o god_n then_o have_v show_v he_o that_o which_o he_o say_v and_o we_o also_o may_v partly_o well_o judge_v of_o the_o thing_n that_o god_n show_v we_o in_o the_o whole_a creation_n of_o the_o world_n &_o in_o the_o order_n which_o he_o have_v establish_v therein_o there_o we_o shall_v see_v some_o footstep_n of_o his_o justice_n goodness_n power_n and_o wisdom_n as_o i_o touch_v before_o but_o as_o for_o the_o comprehend_v of_o all_o thing_n that_o we_o perceive_v to_o the_o uttermost_a point_n we_o
