it_o to_o starve_v for_o hunger_n this_o spiritual_a food_n have_v also_o this_o advantage_n which_o our_o bodily_a nourishment_n have_v not_o for_o that_o our_o bodily_a sustenance_n engender_v still_o a_o satiety_n and_o loathe_n in_o they_o that_o do_v take_v of_o it_o but_o the_o soul_n enjoy_v once_o heaven_n and_o have_v the_o fruition_n of_o god_n may_v both_o have_v satiety_n without_o loathsomeness_n and_o yet_o have_v withal_o a_o hunger_n unto_o god_n so_o as_o the_o satiety_n or_o fullnes_n quench_v not_o the_o desire_n neither_o let_v the_o soul_n from_o desire_v still_o make_v not_o much_o a_o do_v in_o afflict_v of_o thyself_o to_o win_v authority_n or_o credit_n in_o the_o world_n for_o all_o be_v but_o affliction_n and_o torment_n of_o the_o spirit_n seek_v not_o after_o the_o riches_n and_o honour_n of_o this_o miserable_a world_n for_o in_o they_o shall_v thou_o find_v nothing_o but_o charge_n and_o care_n but_o turn_v thyself_o whole_o unto_o god_n for_o he_o be_v thy_o true_a food_n and_o sustenance_n of_o thy_o soul_n that_o maintain_v it_o and_o enrich_v it_o whosoever_o desire_v to_o find_v rest_n let_v he_o not_o seek_v it_o in_o thing_n of_o this_o world_n for_o they_o be_v all_o full_a of_o trouble_n and_o turmoil_n but_o let_v he_o turn_v he_o unto_o god_n and_o he_o shall_v enjoy_v quyetnes_n and_o most_o happy_a tranquillity_n chap._n 4._o returne_n o_o my_o soul_n unto_o thy_o rest_n 1â—4_n say_v the_o prophet_n the_o sick_a man_n although_o he_o do_v change_v his_o bed_n never_o so_o often_o yet_o shall_v he_o never_o find_v ease_n until_o his_o pain_n be_v take_v away_o that_o cause_v his_o unquietnes_n thou_o do_v carry_v about_o with_o thou_o the_o infirmity_n of_o worldly_a love_n but_o until_o thou_o cast_v it_o clean_o away_o from_o thou_o thou_o shall_v never_o find_v any_o ease_n in_o all_o the_o delicate_a bed_n of_o honour_n riches_n or_o delight_n in_o god_n only_o thou_o shall_v find_v rest_n love_v god_n and_o thou_o shall_v find_v quietness_n turn_v thou_o unto_o he_o and_o thou_o shall_v enjoy_v a_o most_o perfect_a contentment_n jonas_n the_o prophet_n after_o he_o be_v go_v away_o from_o god_n never_o find_v rest_n 1.2_o he_o be_v disquiet_v upon_o every_o place_n on_o the_o land_n he_o flee_v after_o to_o the_o sea_n and_o be_v in_o a_o ship_n the_o tempest_n overtake_v he_o and_o disquyet_v he_o but_o where_o god_n be_v there_o be_v no_o tempest_n he_o call_v unto_o god_n in_o the_o whale_n belly_n and_o make_v his_o prayer_n unto_o he_o and_o so_o when_o he_o turn_v unto_o he_o he_o be_v discharge_v of_o all_o his_o former_a trouble_n seek_v not_o for_o any_o rest_n in_o thing_n of_o this_o life_n think_v not_o to_o find_v any_o perfect_v joy_n in_o this_o world_n for_o where_o so_o ever_o thou_o become_v thou_o shall_v be_v beat_v with_o many_o affliction_n thou_o carry_v thy_o infirmity_n with_o thou_o thou_o shall_v not_o find_v quyetnes_n in_o any_o thing_n that_o thou_o love_v here_o change_v not_o thy_o place_n but_o change_v thy_o affection_n turn_v unto_o god_n and_o thou_o shall_v be_v in_o rest_n and_o quyetnes_n this_o be_v the_o ready_a
