brethern thanke-ye our blessyd lady worshyp her by whome I am saued bycause I had her euermore whyle I lyued in mynde she hath set me in euerlastynge Ioyes of heuen therfore brethern be ye myndefull of her y t after your deth ye may reygne w t her whan this-was sayd he vanysshed awaye ¶ Of a monke that was in all thynges full seruysable to our lady blessydly dyed ALso it is not to leue out of a
