of_o england_n then_o be_v or_o after_o shall_v be_v of_o or_o bring_v up_o in_o any_o college_n of_o jesuit_n or_o seminary_n already_o erect_v or_o to_o be_v erect_v out_o of_o the_o realm_n shall_v not_o within_o six_o month_n next_o after_o proclamation_n in_o that_o behalf_n make_v in_o london_n under_o the_o broad_a seal_n return_v into_o this_o realm_n and_o within_o two_o day_n after_o before_o the_o bishop_n of_o the_o diocese_n or_o two_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o the_o county_n where_o he_o shall_v arrive_v submit_v himself_o to_o her_o majesty_n and_o her_o law_n and_o convict_v shall_v forfeit_v 2._o three_o part_n of_o her_o jointure_n and_o dower_n during_o her_o life_n and_o be_v make_v uncapable_a of_o be_v executrix_n or_o administratrix_n to_o her_o husband_n every_o popish_a recusant_n convict_v shall_v be_v deem_v as_o a_o person_n excommunicate_v so_o long_o as_o he_o continue_v not_o conformable_a and_o not_o come_v to_o divine_a service_n and_o
