that_o every_o court_n in_o westminster_n every_o court_n that_o have_v cause_n of_o plea_n every_o lord_n leet_n and_o every_o court_n baron_n have_v his_o power_n that_o they_o may_v make_v out_o process_n yet_o this_o court_n be_v the_o high_a of_o all_o court_n can_v how_o can_v this_o be_v the_o nature_n of_o this_o house_n must_v be_v consider_v for_o this_o court_n be_v not_o a_o court_n alone_o and_o yet_o there_o be_v some_o thing_n wherein_o this_o court_n be_v a_o court_n by_o itself_o and_o other_o thing_n wherein_o it_o be_v no_o court_n of_o itself_o to_o know_v then_o how_o we_o be_v one_o house_n and_o how_o we_o can_v be_v divide_v house_n this_o will_v give_v great_a light_n to_o the_o question_n at_o the_o first_o we_o be_v all_o one_o house_n and_o sit_v together_o
