now_o of_o late_o bring_v into_o this_o realm_n from_o the_o party_n of_o beyond_o the_o sea_n great_a quantity_n of_o forge_a and_o counter_a fayte_n money_n like_v to_o the_o say_a coin_n of_o other_o foreign_a realm_n and_o have_v utter_v the_o same_o here_o by_o marchaundise_v and_o otherwise_o to_o diverse_a of_o the_o subject_n of_o this_o realm_n to_o their_o greeat_a deceit_n hurt_v &_o damage_n because_o the_o say_v ill_a dyspose_v person_n have_v perceave_v and_o understand_v that_o there_o be_v not_o nor_o yet_o be_v any_o sufficient_a law_n or_o statute_n make_v or_o provyde_v for_o the_o condygne_fw-mi punyshment_n of_o the_o offender_n in_o that_o behalf_n wherefore_o be_v it_o enact_v and_o establish_v by_o the_o auc_v thorytye_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n that_o if_o any_o person_n or_o person_n after_o the_o twenty_o day_n of_o january_n next_o come_v shall_v bring_v from_o the_o party_n of_o beyond_o the_o sea_n into_o this_o realm_n or_o into_o any_o the_o dominion_n of_o the_o same_o any_o such_o false_a and_o counterfeit_n coin_n or_o money_n be_v courraunt_a within_o this_o realm_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a know_v the_o same_o coin_n or_o money_n to_o be_v false_a and_o counterfeit_n to_o thintent_a to_o utter_v or_o make_v payment_n with_o the_o same_o within_o this_o realm_n or_o any_o the_o dominion_n of_o the_o same_o by_o marchaundise_a or_o otherwise_o that_o all_z and_o every_o such_o person_n or_o person_n so_o offen_n ●ing_fw-mi as_o be_v aforesaid_a their_o counsellor_n procurour_n aydour_n and_o abbettour_n accustom_v within_o this_o realm_n at_o any_o time_n before_o the_o tyrste_a year_n of_o the_o reign_n of_o our_o late_a soon_o reign_v lord_n king_n edward_n the_o sixth_o any_o statute_n custom_n law_n or_o usage_n to_o the_o contrary_n there_o of_o in_o any_o wise_n notwithstanding_o ¶_o a_o act_n for_o the_o impound_v of_o dister_n the_o xii_o chapyter_n for_o the_o avoid_n of_o grevous_a shall_v be_v take_v except_o it_o be_v to_o a_o pound_n overt_n within_o the_o say_a shire_n not_o above_o three_o mile_n distant_a from_o the_o place_n where_o the_o say_a distress_n be_v take_v &_o that_o no_o cattle_n or_o other_o good_n distrein_v or_o take_v by_o way_n of_o distress_n for_o any_o manner_n of_o cause_n at_o one_o time_n shall_v be_v impound_v in_o several_a place_n whereby_o
