the thyrde was chosen called maginus a cytazyne of Rome whiche toke the tytle and auctoryte of the bysshop of rome at Rauēna which was afterward ouer throwen by the romayns ¶ And after al these in his place was chosen bisshop of rome calixtꝰ y ● seconde archbysshop of Uyenne in Dolphyne thus Benedictꝰ afore named antypape which held hymselfe stronge in Italy in the spyte of the sayd Gelasius bysshop and Calixtus his successour dyd in lykwise withstande Gelasius to his power but shortly in conclusyon he was vaynquyshed in playne batayl and taken by the ayed of the french men and the
