brethren_n and_o be_v not_o a_o unprofitable_a servant_n but_o fruitful_a unto_o god_n that_o he_o may_v be_v glorify_v and_o to_o his_o neighbour_n and_o brother_n that_o he_o may_v be_v save_v let_v nothing_o and_o thus_o teach_v this_o psalm_n as_o touch_v the_o efficient_a cause_n in_o like_a manner_n it_o teach_v also_o concern_v the_o final_a cause_n government_n whereby_o we_o may_v understand_v that_o all_o thing_n be_v the_o mere_a gift_n of_o god_n and_o pertain_v to_o the_o glory_n and_o the_o service_n of_o god_n &_o not_o to_o our_o own_o glory_n and_o our_o own_o lord_n thou_o have_v give_v i_o a_o wife_n house_n and_o child_n over_o these_o by_o thy_o authority_n i_o be_o make_v a_o ruler_n i_o will_v do_v therefore_o what_o in_o i_o lie_v that_o all_o may_v see_v by_o manifest_a example_n in_o the_o prophet_n who_o because_o they_o reprove_v the_o idolatry_n of_o the_o king_n and_o condemn_v their_o false_a and_o damnable_a worship_n threaten_v the_o destruction_n of_o the_o kingdom_n and_o of_o the_o people_n unless_o they_o will_v forsake_v their_o abomination_n &_o turn_v unto_o the_o lord_n be_v torment_v and_o put_v to_o death_n as_o heretic_n for_o that_o they_o seem_v to_o speak_v against_o this_o and_o other_o promise_n prophet_n and_o in_o deed_n this_o seem_v to_o be_v a_o invincible_a argument_n which_o they_o use_v against_o the_o prophet_n if_o god_n say_v they_o have_v promise_v that_o the_o son_n of_o david_n shall_v sit_v upon_o the_o throne_n of_o david_n for_o ever_o it_o be_v impossible_a that_o the_o king_n shall_v commit_v any_o such_o offence_n for_o the_o which_o the_o kingdom_n shall_v be_v destroy_v god._n the_o kingdom_n of_o the_o pope_n have_v not_o so_o goodly_a and_o so_o glorious_a a_o pretence_n and_o yet_o do_v he_o also_o abuse_v the_o promise_n of_o christ_n in_o like_a manner_n to_o establish_v his_o tyranny_n his_o idolatry_n and_o abomination_n how_o do_v he_o brag_v of_o this_o promise_n of_o christ_n when_o he_o faith_n i_o will_v be_v with_o you_o unto_o the_o end_n of_o the_o world_n as_o though_o this_o pertain_v to_o the_o establish_n of_o the_o pope_n tyranny_n so_o that_o sweet_a consolation_n the_o gate_n of_o hell_n shall_v not_o prevail_v etc_n etc_n afterward_o become_v bloody_a and_o cruel_a and_o be_v a_o occasion_n of_o death_n and_o destruction_n of_o many_o saint_n for_o that_o the_o pope_n do_v apply_v it_o unto_o himself_o and_o abuse_v it_o for_o the_o stablish_n of_o his_o tyrannical_a kingdom_n for_o this_o be_v the_o only_a argument_n whereby_o they_o prove_v that_o the_o pope_n be_v the_o head_n of_o the_o church_n can_v not_o err_v thus_o the_o wicked_a do_v abuse_v the_o promise_n which_o god_n have_v set_v forth_o to_o raise_v up_o the_o afflict_a mind_n and_o conscience_n of_o his_o people_n against_o the_o true_a church_n this_o be_v the_o cause_n why_o amazia_n the_o priest_n can_v not_o abide_v amos_n the_o prophet_n 7._o in_o the_o mid_n of_o thy_o house_n say_v
