say_v in_o answer_n to_o the_o three_o objection_n will_v be_v more_o clear_a from_o the_o answer_n we_o be_v to_o give_v to_o the_o four_o they_o shall_v persuade_v the_o protestant_n that_o their_o religion_n be_v in_o safety_n because_o on_o the_o one_o side_n the_o king_n can_v make_v law_n without_o the_o parliament_n and_o that_o on_o the_o other_o there_o be_v law_n which_o exclude_v papist_n out_o of_o the_o two_o house_n it_o must_v necessary_o follow_v that_o the_o parliament_n shall_v continue_v to_o be_v protestant_n but_o if_o the_o king_n have_v the_o power_n to_o break_v through_o the_o law_n under_o the_o pretence_n of_o dispense_n with_o and_o suspend_v of_o they_o what_o security_n shall_v the_o protestant_n have_v that_o he_o will_v not_o dispense_v with_o the_o papist_n the_o observation_n of_o those_o law_n which_o do_v exclude_v they_o out_o of_o the_o parliament_n as_o well_o as_o â—…_n have_v dispense_v with_o those_o that_o shall_v have_v keep_v they_o be_v liable_a to_o be_v dispense_v with_o and_o suspend_v and_o the_o other_o not_o be_v they_o not_o both_o establish_v by_o the_o king_n and_o parliament_n be_v not_o both_o the_o one_o and_o the_o other_o make_v for_o the_o security_n of_o the_o protestant_a religion_n and_o of_o those_o who_o profess_v it_o be_v not_o the_o right_n of_o the_o people_n concern_v in_o the_o one_o as_o well_o as_o in_o the_o other_o and_o whosoever_o suffer_v and_o approve_v the_o king_n in_o the_o violation_n of_o these_o right_n in_o some_o thing_n do_v he_o not_o thereby_o authorise_v he_o to_o violate_v they_o in_o all_o if_o the_o king_n have_v power_n to_o put_v the_o liberty_n and_o
