to_o happen_v not_o so_o great_a and_o pernicious_a to_o the_o church_n as_o those_o be_v from_o whence_o it_o necessary_o follow_v that_o such_o a_o submission_n be_v in_o itself_o high_o reasonable_a which_o be_v the_o first_o proposition_n we_o propose_v to_o be_v demonstrate_v i_o come_v now_o to_o the_o second_o general_n propose_v to_o be_v make_v out_o that_o such_o a_o submission_n be_v agreeable_a to_o the_o practice_n of_o the_o ancient_n §_o 12._o but_o before_o i_o put_v a_o end_n to_o this_o chapter_n and_o proceed_v to_o the_o proof_n of_o this_o last_o proposition_n there_o remain_v yet_o one_o thing_n more_o to_o be_v consider_v and_o that_o be_v the_o imputation_n of_o heresy_n which_o the_o learned_a vindicator_n be_v please_v to_o fix_v upon_o we_o any_o opinion_n say_v the_o vindicator_n on_o account_n of_o which_o man_n separate_v from_o their_o ecclesiastical_a governor_n be_v heretical_a though_o it_o be_v not_o in_o its_o own_o nature_n so_o and_o such_o a_o opinion_n be_v not_o heretical_a only_o when_o man_n design_o separate_v from_o other_o on_o that_o very_a account_n because_o they_o be_v not_o of_o that_o opinion_n but_o also_o when_o they_o venture_v on_o such_o practice_n on_o account_n of_o that_o opinion_n wherein_o other_o can_v communicate_v with_o they_o for_o that_o very_a reason_n because_o they_o can_v join_v with_o they_o in_o that_o opinion_n then_o plain_o the_o differ_v in_o such_o opinion_n make_v a_o difference_n of_o communion_n unavoidable_a and_o therefore_o the_o opinion_n themselves_o in_o such_o a_o case_n as_o this_o be_v be_v signal_n of_o different_a communion_n which_o will_v come_v under_o the_o charge_n of_o heresy_n his_o meaning_n be_v that_o we_o maintain_v this_o opinion_n that_o the_o civil_a power_n have_v authority_n to_o depose_v a_o bishop_n for_o a_o political_a crime_n or_o if_o it_o have_v no_o such_o authority_n when_o once_o it_o have_v depose_v a_o he_o and_o his_o party_n can_v join_v with_o we_o in_o that_o practice_n as_o be_v of_o the_o contrary_a opinion_n here_o it_o come_v into_o my_o mind_n what_o s._n jerom_n somewhere_o say_v that_o we_o can_v join_v with_o he_o and_o for_o that_o very_a reason_n because_o we_o can_v join_v with_o he_o in_o his_o opinion_n and_o what_o now_o follow_v from_o our_o author_n notion_n of_o heresy_n
