first_o two_o of_o these_o in_o my_o opinion_n differ_v from_o the_o rest_n that_o be_v tithe_n and_o testament_n for_o those_o be_v matter_n of_o profit_n and_o in_o their_o nature_n temporal_a though_o by_o a_o favour_n and_o connivance_n of_o the_o temporal_a jurisdiction_n they_o have_v be_v allow_v and_o permit_v to_o the_o court_n ecclesiastical_a the_o one_o to_o the_o end_n the_o
