physical_o 8._o moreover_o it_o be_v through_o pride_n in_o some_o that_o they_o neglect_v this_o great_a salvation_n they_o have_v such_o a_o good_a opinion_n of_o their_o own_o righteousness_n they_o can_v see_v they_o have_v any_o need_n of_o the_o righteousness_n of_o christ_n they_o be_v such_o that_o our_o saviour_n speak_v of_o and_o he_o speak_v a_o parable_n unto_o certain_a which_o trust_v in_o themselves_o that_o 9_o they_o be_v righteous_a and_o despise_v other_o these_o be_v so_o conceit_v of_o themselves_o that_o through_o pride_n of_o what_o they_o have_v get_v of_o their_o own_o they_o regard_v not_o a_o impute_a righteousness_n to_o justify_v they_o man_n natural_o affect_v to_o stand_v by_o a_o righteousness_n of_o his_o own_o adam_n be_v a_o rich_a man_n a_o noble_a man_n he_o have_v enough_o of_o his_o own_o to_o live_v upon_o and_o his_o son_n retain_v a_o proud_a spirit_n like_o some_o son_n of_o a_o decay_a gentleman_n their_o father_n be_v a_o knight_n a_o lord_n and_o they_o be_v great_a in_o their_o own_o conceit_n though_o their_o cloak_n perhaps_o be_v nothing_o but_o patch_n they_o scorn_v to_o beg_v or_o to_o dig_v no_o they_o will_v soon_o steal_v and_o stand_v on_o the_o highway_n proud_a man_n do_v thus_o in_o a_o spiritual_a sense_n he_o will_v not_o beg_v he_o will_v not_o go_v to_o christ_n door_n for_o bread_n he_o will_v rather_o steal_v and_o rob_v christ_n of_o his_o honour_n in_o their_o salvation_n by_o seek_v it_o some_o other_o way_n even_o in_o a_o unlawful_a way_n this_o be_v no_o better_a than_o a_o spiritual_a rob_v jesus_n christ_n of_o have_v the_o whole_a glory_n and_o honour_n of_o the_o salvation_n of_o the_o soul_n and_o yet_o they_o do_v not_o enrich_v themselves_o hereby_o neither_o it_o be_v but_o only_o in_o conceit_n they_o fancy_v themselves_o rich_a and_o trust_v in_o their_o own_o righteousness_n as_o if_o it_o be_v choice_a treasure_n when_o it_o be_v nothing_o but_o filthy_a rag_n which_o they_o pride_n themselves_o in_o and_o boast_v of_o 11._o it_o be_v through_o unbelief_n this_o salvation_n be_v neglect_v man_n believe_v not_o the_o grand_a neglect_v centre_n here_o this_o be_v the_o kill_a evil_n the_o sin_n of_o all_o sin_n the_o plague_n of_o all_o plague_n i_o consider_v unbelief_n in_o general_n not_o only_o as_o it_o be_v a_o non-reception_n sin_n of_o christ_n not_o believe_v in_o christ_n not_o accept_v of_o christ_n but_o as_o it_o be_v a_o deny_v to_o give_v credit_n to_o the_o revelation_n of_o god_n and_o of_o what_o he_o declare_v in_o his_o word_n 1._o they_o do_v not_o believe_v salvation_n ought_v to_o be_v the_o main_a business_n of_o their_o life_n which_o they_o shall_v regard_v and_o seek_v after_o above_o all_o thing_n it_o be_v the_o one_o thing_n needful_a yea_o more_o than_o meat_n drink_v clothes_n wife_n child_n health_n credit_n riches_n honour_n pleasure_n or_o life_n itself_o 2._o they_o do_v not_o believe_v that_o sin_n be_v the_o great_a evil_n nor_o that_o god_n be_v man_n supreme_a and_o chief_a good_a wherein_o his_o only_a happiness_n lie_v 3._o they_o do_v not_o believe_v that_o such_o be_v the_o holiness_n justice_n wrath_n and_o severity_n of_o god_n that_o he_o will_v throw_v sinner_n into_o hell_n although_o he_o positive_o declare_v in_o his_o â—ord_n that_o he_o will_v do_v it_o except_o they_o believe_v repent_v and_o forsake_v their_o abominable_a way_n yet_o they_o doubt_v not_o of_o their_o salvation_n though_o they_o be_v perhaps_o swearer_n drunkard_n unclean_a person_n proud_a person_n covetous_a or_o perverse_a wretch_n 4._o they_o will_v not_o believe_v what_o the_o woeful_a end_n of_o all_o unbeliever_n and_o unregenerate_a person_n will_v be_v 5._o they_o will_v not_o believe_v that_o they_o be_v in_o a_o spiritual_a sense_n bring_v to_o utter_a beggary_n be_v son_n of_o a_o beggar_n that_o spend_v all_o he_o have_v 6._o they_o will_v not_o believe_v though_o it_o be_v tell_v they_o again_o and_o again_o that_o they_o be_v blind_a miserable_a
