for_o that_o reason_n be_v void_a and_o his_o patent_n soon_o after_o to_o be_v cancel_v here_o they_o speak_v of_o a_o general_n proviso_n which_o w._n w.'s_n council_n tell_v the_o committee_n be_v in_o all_o patent_n and_o be_v not_o to_o be_v doubt_v but_o be_v in_o they_o as_o well_o as_o in_o this_o and_o if_o their_o patent_n have_v be_v of_o force_n will_v have_v be_v the_o bane_n of_o it_o and_o undoubted_o have_v destroy_v it_o whenever_o it_o shall_v have_v be_v bring_v to_o the_o test_n either_o before_o the_o council_n or_o otherwhere_o the_o word_n of_o the_o proviso_n they_o speak_v of_o be_v provide_v always_o and_o these_o our_o letter_n patent_n be_v and_o shall_v be_v upon_o this_o condition_n that_o if_o at_o any_o time_n during_o the_o say_a term_n it_o shall_v be_v make_v appear_v to_o we_o our_o heir_n or_o successor_n or_o any_o six_o or_o more_o of_o our_o or_o their_o privy_a council_n that_o this_o our_o grant_n be_v contrary_a to_o law_n or_o prejudicial_a or_o inconvenient_a to_o our_o subject_n in_o general_a or_o that_o the_o say_a invention_n be_v not_o a_o new_a invention_n as_o to_o the_o public_a use_n and_o exercise_n thereof_o within_o our_o dominion_n where_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v use_v practise_v or_o exercise_v then_o &c_n &c_n but_o it_o be_v not_o make_v appear_v to_o his_o majesty_n and_o his_o council_n at_o the_o hear_n his_o majesty_n be_v full_o convince_v and_o satisfy_v in_o whatever_o objection_n his_o majesty_n can_v make_v before_o he_o will_v grant_v his_o letter_n patent_n and_o command_v to_o be_v insert_v such_o extraordinary_a clause_n as_o before_o mention_v but_o yet_o however_o a_o further_a account_n shall_v be_v give_v his_o majesty_n have_v good_a reason_n to_o inquire_v and_o may_v well_o say_v as_o much_o as_o all_o this_o and_o yet_o it_o may_v be_v no_o way_n to_o w._n w.'s_n disadvantage_n for_o his_o majesty_n at_o his_o first_o taste_v of_o w._n w.'s_n water_n which_o be_v above_o a_o
