of_o salvation_n so_o that_o they_o can_v by_o no_o mean_n attain_v it_o yea_o they_o place_v mankind_n in_o that_o condition_n condition_n tantalus_n his_o condition_n which_o the_o poet_n feign_v of_o tantalus_n who_o oppress_v with_o thirst_n stand_v in_o water_n up_o to_o the_o chin_n yet_o can_v by_o no_o mean_n reach_v it_o with_o his_o tongue_n and_o be_v torment_v with_o hunger_n have_v fruit_n hang_v at_o his_o very_a lip_n yet_o so_o as_o he_o can_v never_o layâ—hold_v on_o they_o with_o his_o tooth_n and_o these_o thing_n be_v so_o near_o he_o not_o to_o nourish_v he_o but_o to_o torment_v he_o so_o do_v these_o man_n they_o make_v the_o outward_a creation_n of_o the_o work_n of_o providence_n the_o smiting_n of_o the_o conscience_n sufficient_a to_o convince_v the_o heathen_n of_o sin_n and_o so_o to_o condemn_v and_o judge_v they_o but_o not_o at_o all_o to_o help_v they_o to_o salvation_n they_o make_v the_o preach_n of_o the_o gospel_n the_o offer_n of_o salvation_n
