not_o be_v a_o blessing_n unto_o the_o land_n nor_o unto_o any_o people_n but_o a_o curse_n and_o the_o cause_n of_o provoke_a god_n to_o vengeance_n and_o wrath_n against_o themselves_o the_o people_n and_o the_o government_n if_o such_o man_n who_o god_n choose_v not_o be_v choose_v to_o make_v law_n and_o execute_v they_o and_o to_o exercise_v government_n in_o any_o kingdom_n of_o this_o world_n but_o man_n that_o fear_v god_n and_o delight_n in_o justice_n mercy_n and_o truth_n that_o be_v humble_a and_o meek_a and_o lowly_a person_n aught_o to_o be_v call_v to_o the_o place_n of_o government_n and_o only_o such_o be_v fit_a to_o exercise_v rule_n and_o authority_n and_o to_o make_v and_o execute_v law_n in_o these_o kingdom_n and_o in_o all_o the_o kingdom_n of_o the_o world_n and_o such_o will_v be_v a_o blessing_n in_o the_o earth_n and_o the_o government_n under_o such_o and_o in_o the_o execution_n of_o their_o hand_n will_v be_v bless_v and_o prosperous_a and_o all_o good_a man_n will_v have_v cause_n to_o rejoice_v therein_o and_o all_o evil_a doer_n and_o transgressor_n will_v be_v limit_v and_o make_v afraid_a if_o so_o be_v the_o law_n be_v just_a holy_a and_o righteous_a and_o according_a to_o equity_n and_o the_o holy_a law_n of_o god_n in_o all_o thing_n and_o the_o due_a execution_n of_o such_o law_n commit_v to_o just_a and_o righteous_a and_o meek_a man_n that_o love_n judgement_n mercy_n and_o truth_n and_o will_v execute_v they_o in_o the_o earth_n then_o the_o happy_a and_o bless_a government_n will_v be_v exalt_v and_o truth_n and_o
