due_a to_o they_o by_o reason_n of_o those_o common_a grandfather_n and_o great-grandfather_n from_o who_o both_o they_o and_o we_o be_v descend_v for_o inasmuch_o as_o they_o though_o at_o a_o great_a distance_n contribute_v to_o our_o be_v and_o consequent_o

there_o appear_v not_o any_o reason_n why_o if_o fornication_n be_v a_o just_a ground_n of_o dissolve_v the_o marriage_n it_o shall_v not_o also_o leave_v a_o liberty_n of_o a_o second_o marriage_n after_o the_o dissolution_n of_o the_o former_a beside_o that_o divorce_n both_o among_o the_o jew_n and_o heathen_a be_v ever_o understand_v to_o have_v this_o effect_n and_o therefore_o in_o a_o proper_a consequent_a of_o divorce_n and_o consequent_o that_o where_o the_o divorce_n be_v lawful_a as_o it_o be_v for_o fornication_n by_o the_o word_n of_o our_o lord_n the_o after_o marriage_n also_o be_v and_o though_o there_o be_v not_o as_o much_o reason_n for_o the_o liberty_n of_o the_o offend_a party_n because_o it_o be_v by_o their_o fault_n that_o the_o former_a contract_n be_v rescind_v yet_o as_o it_o be_v evident_a that_o among_o the_o jew_n both_o party_n be_v at_o liberty_n to_o marry_v after_o a_o divorce_n have_v pass_v so_o i_o see_v not_o how_o by_o the_o law_n of_o our_o lord_n the_o knot_n of_o wedlock_n can_v be_v tie_v to_o the_o one_o party_n though_o the_o offend_a one_o and_o loose_v unto_o the_o other_o the_o offend_a party_n after_o a_o divorce_n be_v no_o more_o to_o look_v upon_o the_o other_o as_o a_o husband_n or_o a_o wife_n than_o the_o innocent_a husband_n or_o wife_n be_v upon_o the_o offend_a one_o as_o either_o this_o only_a will_v be_v add_v that_o though_o it_o be_v not_o unlawful_a by_o the_o law_n of_o our_o lord_n for_o the_o divorce_v party_n to_o marry_v and_o much_o less_o for_o the_o innocent_a one_o yet_o be_v the_o liberty_n of_o marry_v again_o of_o such_o dangerous_a consequence_n in_o respect_n of_o the_o collusion_n that_o may_v be_v between_o the_o party_n where_o oftentimes_o they_o be_v alike_o weary_a of_o each_o other_o that_o our_o church_n have_v think_v fit_a to_o take_v sufficient_a bond_n of_o they_o before_o divorce_n that_o neither_o of_o they_o shall_v marry_v again_o whilst_o the_o other_o live_v but_o whatever_o be_v the_o effect_n of_o a_o divorce_n for_o fornication_n which_o be_v not_o so_o well_o agree_v upon_o among_o divine_n most_o certain_a it_o be_v which_o be_v a_o thing_n that_o will_v be_v add_v to_o the_o former_a consideration_n that_o not_o the_o party_n themselves_o but_o they_o who_o be_v entrust_v with_o the_o authority_n of_o god_n in_o affair_n of_o
