prescribe_v by_o the_o law_n of_o church_n and_o state_n if_o they_o have_v not_o this_o to_o say_v for_o themselves_o that_o those_o who_o prosecute_v they_o for_o break_v the_o law_n make_v but_o little_a conscience_n of_o keep_v they_o themselves_o or_o of_o suffer_v other_o that_o believe_v all_o thing_n good_a and_o lawful_a that_o be_v order_v to_o walk_v disorderly_a not_o observe_v the_o law_n but_o through_o break_v it_o to_o dishonour_v the_o wisdom_n of_o church_n and_o state_n themselves_o whereas_o they_o disobey_v not_o out_o of_o contempt_n but_o because_o they_o fear_v to_o
