lord_n prayer_n our_o father_n which_o be_v in_o heaven_n be_v not_o only_o allude_v unto_o but_o full_o paraphrase_a by_o st._n peter_n when_o he_o say_v and_o if_o you_o call_v on_o the_o father_n or_o as_o we_o say_v the_o word_n may_v be_v render_v if_o you_o call_v he_o father_n when_o you_o pray_v who_o without_o respect_n of_o person_n judge_v according_a to_o every_o man_n work_n pass_v the_o time_n etc._n etc._n beside_o this_o the_o coherence_n be_v much_o better_a by_o this_o interpretation_n the_o apostle_n immediate_o before_o use_v a_o argument_n to_o press_v to_o holiness_n because_o god_n be_v holy_a and_o to_o make_v his_o argument_n more_o weighty_a he_o quote_v scripture_n for_o it_o for_o it_o be_v write_v be_v you_o holy_a etc._n etc._n he_o proceed_v here_o and_o their_o connexion_n there_o our_o father_n which_o be_v in_o heaven_n according_a to_o that_o interpretation_n we_o have_v speak_v of_o which_o to_o they_o that_o st._n peter_n write_v unto_o can_v not_o but_o be_v familiar_a enough_o and_o this_o be_v as_o much_o as_o if_o he_o have_v here_o also_o quote_v scripture_n as_o if_o he_o have_v say_v remember_v and_o consider_v well_o that_o in_o your_o daily_a prayer_n prescribe_v unto_o you_o by_o christ_n himself_o as_o you_o call_v god_n your_o father_n our_o father_n which_o may_v seem_v to_o promise_v indulgence_n so_o you_o add_v which_o be_v in_o heaven_n to_o put_v you_o in_o mind_n that_o god_n be_v just_a impartial_a who_o without_o respect_n of_o person_n judge_v according_a to_o every_o man_n work_n which_o as_o i_o say_v be_v equivalent_a to_o that_o quotation_n of_o scripture_n in_o the_o former_a ver_fw-la which_o nevertheless_o if_o it_o be_v grant_v or_o suppose_v to_o have_v be_v st._n peter_n meaning_n it_o do_v not_o follow_v that_o those_o word_n in_o the_o lord_n prayer_n which_o be_v in_o heaven_n admit_v of_o no_o other_o sense_n or_o that_o st._n peter_n will_v have_v it_o so_o it_o be_v enough_o if_o the_o word_n will_v bear_v this_o sense_n also_o without_o any_o violence_n offer_v unto_o they_o but_o this_o as_o i_o say_v at_o first_o i_o propose_v as_o not_o improbable_a and_o no_o otherwise_o not_o so_o much_o in_o answer_n to_o what_o be_v object_v which_o needs_o it_o not_o as_o to_o contribute_v somewhat_o occasion_n be_v give_v towards_o the_o right_n or_o at_o least_o probable_a understanding_n of_o a_o place_n of_o scripture_n another_o objection_n be_v if_o those_o word_n 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d say_v you_o must_v be_v understand_v literal_o than_o we_o must_v never_o pray_v otherwise_o but_o use_v those_o very_a word_n always_o and_o so_o no_o other_o prayer_n but_o the_o lord_n prayer_n shall_v be_v lawful_a but_o this_o we_o know_v be_v against_o the_o practice_n of_o all_o church_n from_o the_o beginning_n whence_o they_o will_v infer_v etc
