distribution_n of_o his_o gift_n for_o first_o the_o lord_n have_v dispose_v of_o his_o creature_n and_o distribute_v his_o treasure_n according_a to_o the_o diversity_n of_o land_n and_o country_n even_o in_o such_o manner_n as_o he_o divide_v his_o gift_n and_o grace_n among_o man_n for_o he_o bestow_v not_o all_o either_o upon_o one_o or_o upon_o two_o or_o upon_o three_o or_o upon_o any_o other_o certain_a number_n of_o they_o and_o therefore_o there_o never_o have_v be_v nor_o shall_v be_v any_o one_o which_o either_o can_v or_o may_v surpass_v all_o other_o so_o much_o that_o he_o may_v have_v no_o need_n of_o another_o or_o that_o have_v sufficient_a for_o himself_o for_o if_o one_o man_n possess_v all_o he_o will_v think_v himself_o to_o be_v no_o more_o a_o man_n but_o a_o but_o by_o force_n again_o how_o can_v man_n exercise_v the_o work_n of_o charity_n among_o themselves_o which_o work_n be_v very_o much_o commend_v unto_o they_o by_o god_n to_o be_v do_v towards_o their_o neighbour_n if_o every_o one_o can_v at_o his_o pleasure_n excel_v his_o companion_n as_o than_o god_n have_v place_v and_o dispose_v sundry_a member_n in_o one_o body_n and_o yet_o have_v not_o appoint_v they_o one_o selfsame_a office_n but_o to_o every_o one_o his_o own_o so_o have_v it_o please_v he_o to_o divide_v and_o distribute_v his_o goodness_n gift_n and_o grace_n among_o man_n to_o the_o end_n that_o they_o may_v one_o serve_v another_o as_o member_n of_o one_o and_o the_o same_o body_n which_o can_v not_o consist_v without_o the_o reciprocal_a help_n of_o all_o so_o likewise_o have_v he_o establish_v the_o sundry_a region_n of_o the_o earth_n enrich_v every_o one_o of_o they_o with_o certain_a particular_a commodity_n which_o do_v often_o constrain_v man_n to_o help_v and_o succour_v one_o another_o and_o to_o live_v in_o peace_n without_o which_o they_o will_v like_v mad_a beast_n overrun_v and_o destroy_v each_o other_o as_o we_o wretch_n do_v find_v true_a especial_o in_o time_n of_o war_n but_o we_o may_v well_o note_v upon_o this_o point_n that_o although_o the_o most_o mighty_a do_v by_o their_o hate_n enimity_n dissension_n revengement_n and_o war_n contend_v oftentimes_o with_o all_o their_o power_n to_o stop_v and_o hinder_v the_o traffic_n deal_n and_o transportation_n of_o merchandise_n from_o one_o country_n and_o out_o of_o one_o place_n to_o another_o especial_o of_o food_n and_o victual_n yet_o whatsoever_o they_o may_v or_o can_v do_v be_v they_o king_n prince_n or_o emperor_n they_o can_v for_o all_o that_o make_v such_o a_o stop_n man_n that_o nothing_o can_v stop_v the_o intercourse_n of_o man_n but_o that_o they_o will_v always_o pass_v and_o escape_v by_o some_o mean_n maugre_o all_o their_o power_n wherein_o we_o must_v acknowledge_v that_o see_v god_n have_v ordain_v that_o those_o which_o bear_v his_o image_n shall_v have_v communication_n one_o with_o another_o for_o the_o cause_n aforesaid_a and_o that_o chief_o by_o the_o aid_n of_o navigation_n it_o be_v a_o great_a presumption_n in_o mighty_a man_n to_o oppose_v themselves_o against_o the_o order_n of_o the_o omnipotent_a and_o against_o that_o communion_n of_o benefit_n which_o he_o will_v have_v to_o be_v maintain_v among_o man_n who_o he_o can_v constrain_v to_o observe_v his_o ordinance_n even_o through_o their_o own_o covetousness_n when_o their_o charity_n fail_v make_v they_o to_o despise_v all_o danger_n that_o they_o may_v supply_v where_o need_n be_v though_o they_o be_v forbid_v upon_o pain_n of_o death_n all_o nature_n for_o when_o he_o please_v he_o serve_v his_o own_o turn_n with_o the_o affection_n and_o evil_a work_n of_o man_n yea_o draw_v good_a out_o of_o their_o evil_n even_o against_o their_o own_o will_n and_o therefore_o we_o may_v very_o well_o affirm_v that_o see_v god_n will_v have_v man_n traffic_v together_o it_o can_v choose_v howsoever_o they_o enterprise_n to_o the_o contrary_a but_o that_o this_o order_n must_v be_v continue_v for_o this_o cause_n likewise_o it_o be_v not_o the_o will_n of_o the_o creator_n that_o the_o water_n shall_v so_o gather_v themselves_o into_o the_o heaven_n be_v in_o perpetual_a motion_n and_o that_o all_o the_o planet_n and_o star_n do_v follow_v it_o rising_z and_o set_v in_o such_o sort_n as_o they_o do_v not_o always_o appear_v to_o man_n yet_o there_o be_v some_o of_o another_o condition_n for_o near_o to_o the_o place_n which_o astronomer_n take_v for_o the_o pole_n there_o be_v certain_a star_n which_o have_v their_o motion_n and_o course_n so_o dispose_v that_o they_o be_v always_o see_v at_o sea_n be_v never_o hide_v like_o the_o rest_n and_o among_o these_o that_o be_v one_o which_o be_v call_v the_o polestar_n which_o be_v never_o see_v to_o remove_v except_o a_o very_a little_a out_o of_o one_o place_n so_o that_o it_o seem_v the_o whole_a heaven_n turn_v about_o this_o star_n as_o we_o also_o maintain_v that_o it_o have_v the_o like_a place_n correspondent_a thereto_o direct_o over_o against_o it_o in_o the_o other_o part_n of_o heaven_n with_o a_o like_a appellation_n of_o name_n as_o we_o have_v heretofore_o declare_v in_o our_o discourse_n concern_v the_o celestial_a body_n except_v the_o difference_n which_o be_v put_v between_o these_o two_o pole_n take_v from_o their_o opposite_a situation_n in_o heaven_n and_o from_o the_o star_n which_o be_v next_o unto_o they_o which_o also_o have_v their_o course_n and_o motion_n like_o the_o rest_n but_o do_v only_o differ_v in_o this_o that_o rise_v and_o set_v be_v not_o attribute_v unto_o they_o because_o they_o may_v be_v always_o see_v when_o the_o sphere_n be_v discern_v for_o when_o the_o sky_n be_v cover_v with_o cloud_n mariner_n do_v find_v themselves_o very_o much_o hinder_v and_o trouble_v for_o than_o they_o prove_v that_o which_o job_n say_v concern_v the_o work_n of_o god_n to_o wit_n 9_o job._n 9_o that_o he_o the_o septentrional_a star_n as_o well_o because_o that_o they_o be_v more_o see_v than_o the_o rest_n as_o also_o because_o it_o be_v their_o property_n to_o bring_v and_o to_o procure_v rain_n and_o name_n of_o charles-wain_n because_o also_o they_o have_v three_o other_o very_a bright_a star_n near_o to_o they_o place_v in_o such_o order_n as_o if_o they_o be_v cart-horse_n or_o ox_n indeed_o some_o have_v call_v they_o the_o bear_n see_v they_o so_o conjoin_v together_o take_v the_o four_o quarter_n

great_a and_o dangerous_a temptation_n and_o affliction_n now_o the_o tyranny_n malice_n cruelty_n and_o perverseness_n of_o the_o wicked_a serve_v in_o all_o these_o thing_n for_o his_o child_n and_o
