pharisee_n have_v a_o notion_n of_o it_o but_o martha_n here_o make_v it_o a_o article_n of_o her_o faith_n i_o know_v he_o shall_v rise_v again_o in_o the_o resurrection_n at_o the_o last_o day_n his_o humane_a nature_n be_v the_o exemplary_a cause_n or_o pattern_n of_o the_o resurrection_n for_o which_o reason_n christ_n be_v call_v the_o first_o bear_v from_o the_o dead_a for_o though_o some_o be_v raise_v before_o he_o yet_o be_v his_o resurrection_n the_o cause_n of_o their_o resurrection_n hence_o st._n paul_n argue_v from_o christ_n resurrection_n the_o certainty_n of_o the_o resurrection_n of_o his_o member_n christ_n and_o believer_n be_v one_o mystical_a body_n therefore_o be_v not_o christ_n perfect_o rise_v till_o all_o his_o member_n be_v rise_v with_o he_o indeed_o christ_n personal_a resurrection_n be_v perfect_a when_o he_o arise_v and_o all_o believer_n arise_v representative_o in_o he_o yet_o till_o all_o believer_n arise_v personal_o the_o resurrection_n of_o christ_n have_v not_o receive_v its_o utmost_a perfection_n but_o there_o be_v somewhat_o behind_o of_o the_o resurrection_n of_o christ_n most_o fit_o then_o may_v our_o saviour_n assert_v i_o the_o life_n that_o be_v i_o be_o the_o cause_n of_o life_n natural_a spiritual_a and_o eternal_a and_o whosoever_o live_v and_o believe_v in_o i_o shall_v never_o diego_n that_o be_v eternal_o disciple_n till_o after_o our_o saviour_n resurrection_n have_v but_o a_o faint_a and_o uncertain_a persuasion_n observe_v 2._o how_o earnest_n and_o intent_n our_o saviour_n be_v to_o dispatch_v the_o errand_n he_o come_v upon_o namely_o to_o raise_v lazarus_n from_o the_o grave_a and_o to_o comfort_v the_o two_o mournful_a sister_n he_o will_v not_o so_o much_o as_o enter_v the_o house_n either_o our_o pleasure_n or_o our_o profit_n to_o divert_v we_o from_o our_o duty_n observe_v 3._o what_o haste_n and_o speed_n mary_n make_v to_o attend_v upon_o her_o saviour_n she_o arise_v quick_o and_o come_v unto_o he_o mary_n love_n add_v wing_n to_o her_o motion_n the_o jew_n observe_v her_o hasty_a motion_n have_v a_o love_a suspicion_n that_o she_o be_v go_v to_o the_o grave_a to_o weep_v there_o but_o their_o thought_n be_v too_o low_a for_o whilst_o they_o suppose_v that_o she_o go_v to_o a_o dead_a brother_n she_o be_v wait_v upon_o a_o live_a saviour_n and_o she_o that_o use_v to_o sit_v at_o jesus_n foot_n now_o fall_v at_o his_o foot_n in_o a_o awful_a veneration_n the_o very_a gesture_n be_v supplicatory_a and_o her_o humble_a prostration_n be_v second_v with_o a_o doleful_a lamentation_n lord_n if_o thou_o have_v be_v here_o my_o brother_n have_v not_o die_v where_o observe_v a_o mixture_n of_o faith_n with_o humane_a infirmity_n here_o be_v strength_n of_o faith_n in_o ascribe_v so_o much_o power_n to_o christ_n that_o his_o presence_n can_v preserve_v from_o death_n but_o here_o be_v infirmity_n in_o suppose_v the_o necessity_n of_o christ_n presence_n for_o this_o purpose_n certain_o he_o that_o do_v raise_v he_o from_o death_n be_v present_a can_v have_v preserve_v he_o from_o die_v be_v absent_a have_v he_o please_v this_o be_v mary_n moan_n lord_n have_v thou_o be_v here_o our_o brother_n have_v not_o die_v full_a of_o affection_n but_o not_o from_o frailty_n and_o infirmity_n however_o christ_n take_v no_o notice_n of_o her_o error_n and_o infirmity_n but_o all_o the_o reply_n we_o hear_v of_o be_v a_o compassionate_a groan_n which_o the_o follow_a verse_n acquaint_v we_o with_o 33_o when_o jesus_n therefore_o see_v she_o weep_v and_o the_o jew_n also_o weep_v which_o come_v with_o she_o he_o groan_v in_o the_o spirit_n and_o be_v trouble_v 34_o and_o say_v where_o have_v you_o lay_v he_o they_o say_v
