his_o own_o diocese_n there_o can_v be_v no_o original_n right_o of_o appeal_n from_o he_o for_o there_o be_v no_o appeal_n from_o the_o supreme_a he_o have_v a_o free_a power_n in_o the_o government_n of_o his_o own_o diocese_n and_o must_v render_v a_o account_n of_o his_o action_n to_o christ_n who_o be_v the_o supreme_a lord_n of_o the_o church_n as_o st._n cyprian_n tell_v we_o but_o as_o notwithstanding_o this_o it_o be_v very_o expedient_a and_o in_o some_o degree_n necessary_a that_o neighbour_n bishop_n shall_v unite_v into_o a_o ecclesiastical_a body_n for_o the_o maintenance_n of_o catholic_n communion_n and_o the_o exercise_n of_o discipline_n as_o i_o have_v already_o show_v so_o the_o very_a nature_n of_o such_o combination_n admit_v and_o require_v appeal_n that_o if_o any_o presbyter_n or_o private_a christian_a be_v too_o severe_o censure_v by_o his_o bishop_n or_o without_o just_a cause_n he_o may_v find_v relief_n from_o the_o synod_n or_o
