the_o quality_n of_o the_o person_n of_o those_o member_n the_o commission_n require_v to_o authorise_v a_o judge_n of_o the_o law_n and_o the_o composier_n of_o that_o body_n it_o will_v appear_v they_o be_v so_o far_o from_o have_v any_o such_o power_n as_o that_o the_o lord_n house_n in_o some_o particular_a thing_n except_v neither_o the_o parliament_n nor_o the_o two_o house_n joint_o
