with_o equal_a honesty_n none_o therefore_o can_v make_v this_o declaration_n in_o its_o full_a latitude_n but_o upon_o this_o presumption_n that_o the_o king_n and_o his_o minister_n keep_v perpetual_o within_o the_o bound_n of_o the_o law_n otherwise_o they_o declare_v the_o king_n have_v a_o arbitrary_a power_n which_o be_v against_o the_o fundamental_a law_n of_o this_o land_n and_o
