have_v the_o same_o force_n as_o if_o they_o have_v be_v grant_v by_o the_o archbishop_n himself_o and_o it_o be_v further_o enact_v that_o if_o the_o archbishop_n of_o canterbury_n or_o guardian_n of_o the_o spirituality_n do_v refuse_v to_o grant_v such_o licence_n dispensation_n etc._n etc._n as_o aforesaid_a then_o the_o chancellor_n of_o england_n or_o keeper_n of_o the_o great_a seal_n for_o the_o time_n be_v upon_o complaint_n thereof_o shall_v direct_v the_o king_n be_v write_v to_o the_o say_a archbishop_n or_o guardian_n so_o refuse_v enjoin_v he_o thereby_o upon_o a_o certain_a pein_o therein_o to_o be_v limit_v by_o the_o discretion_n of_o the_o say_a chancellor_n or_o keeper_n of_o the_o great_a seal_n that_o he_o do_v in_o due_a form_n grant_v such_o licence_n dispensation_n etc._n etc._n according_a to_o the_o request_n of_o the_o procurer_n of_o the_o same_o or_o else_o signify_v to_o the_o king_n in_o chancery_n at_o a_o certain_a day_n the_o occasion_n why_o he_o deny_v the_o same_o and_o if_o it_o appear_v to_o the_o chancellor_n etc._n etc._n by_o such_o certificate_n that_o the_o cause_n be_v reasonable_a and_o good_a and_o be_v prove_v by_o due_a search_n and_o examination_n of_o the_o say_a chancellor_n or_o lord_n keeper_n it_o be_v to_o be_v allow_v and_o if_o it_o appear_v upon_o the_o say_a certificate_n that_o the_o say_a archbishop_n or_o guardian_n wilful_o without_o just_a cause_n do_v refuse_v or_o deny_v to_o grant_v such_o licence_n etc._n etc._n then_o it_o be_v make_v appear_v to_o the_o king_n that_o such_o licence_n etc._n etc._n may_v be_v grant_v without_o offend_v the_o holy_a scripture_n and_o law_n of_o god_n his_o majesty_n in_o such_o case_n may_v send_v his_o writ_n of_o injunction_n under_o the_o great_a seal_n out_o of_o his_o court_n of_o chancery_n command_v the_o archbishop_n or_o guardian_n so_o refuse_v etc._n etc._n to_o make_v sufficient_a grant_n theof_o by_o a_o certain_a day_n under_o a_o certain_a pein_o and_o if_o the_o archbishop_n or_o guardian_n after_o the_o recept_n of_o the_o say_v write_v refuse_v or_o deny_v to_o grant_v such_o licence_n etc._n etc._n and_o show_v and_o prove_v before_o the_o king_n majesty_n no_o just_a cause_n for_o the_o same_o than_o the_o say_a archbishop_n or_o guardian_n so_o refuse_v shall_v forfeit_v to_o the_o king_n such_o penalty_n as_o be_v express_v in_o the_o say_v write_v of_o injunction_n and_o the_o king_n may_v grant_v his_o commission_n under_o the_o great_a seal_n to_o any_o two_o spiritual_a prelate_n who_o be_v please_v as_o will_v grant_v the_o same_o licence_n etc._n etc._n so_o refuse_v to_o be_v grant_v by_o the_o archbishop_n or_o guardian_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o such_o licence_n etc._n etc._n grant_v other_o cattle_n or_o good_n to_o be_v employ_v and_o put_v in_o and_o about_o his_o necessary_a apparel_n of_o his_o own_o house_n or_o of_o his_o person_n or_o servant_n or_o in_o for_o or_o about_o the_o occupy_v manure_v or_o tillage_n of_o his_o glebe_n or_o demesn_a land_n annex_v to_o his_o church_n or_o for_o the_o expense_n of_o his_o household_n keep_v and_o after_o such_o buy_v they_o prove_v not_o for_o the_o purpose_n they_o be_v buy_v for_o than_o such_o spiritual_a person_n may_v lawful_o bargain_n and_o put_v away_o the_o same_o and_o it_o be_v further_o provide_v that_o every_o spiritual_a person_n not_o have_v sufficient_a glebe_n or_o demesn_a land_n in_o their_o own_o hand_n in_o right_a of_o their_o church_n for_o pasturage_n of_o cattle_n or_o for_o increase_v of_o corn_n for_o expense_n of_o their_o household_n or_o for_o their_o carriage_n or_o journey_n may_v farm_n other_o land_n and_o buy_v and_o sell_v corn_n and_o cattle_n for_o the_o only_o manure_v tillage_n and_o pasturage_n of_o such_o farm_n so_o that_o the_o increase_n thereof_o be_v always_o employ_v and_o put_v to_o and_o for_o the_o only_a expense_n in_o their_o household_n and_o hospitalities_n and_o not_o in_o any_o wise_a to_o buy_v and_o sell_v again_o for_o any_o other_o commodity_n lucre_n or_o advantage_n any_o corn_n or_o cattle_n renew_v come_v or_o grow_v in_o and_o
