shall_v give_v they_o relief_n and_o testimonial_n whereby_o they_o may_v pass_v from_o treasurer_n to_o treasurer_n until_o they_o shall_v come_v to_o the_o place_n require_v and_o this_o shall_v be_v do_v upon_o the_o bare_a certificate_n of_o the_o commander_n and_o captain_n although_o they_o have_v not_o as_o yet_o obtain_v any_o allowance_n thereof_o from_o the_o say_a muster-master_n or_o receiver_n general_a of_o the_o muster-roll_n xxxi_o the_o treasurer_n shall_v register_v their_o receipt_n and_o disbursment_n and_o enter_v the_o name_n of_o the_o party_n relieve_v and_o also_o the_o certificate_n by_o warrant_n whereof_o the_o disbursment_n be_v make_v the_o muster-master_n also_o or_o receiver_n aforesaid_a shall_v register_v the_o name_n of_o the_o party_n and_o the_o certificate_n by_o he_o allow_v and_o the_o treasurer_n return_v or_o not_o allow_v the_o muster-master_n certificate_n shall_v thereupon_o subscribe_v or_o endorse_v the_o cause_n of_o his_o disallowance_n xxxii_o justice_n of_o peace_n in_o sess_n have_v power_n to_o fine_a a_o treasurer_n that_o wilful_o refuse_v to_o give_v relief_n which_o any_o two_o of_o they_o appoint_v by_o the_o rest_n may_v levy_v by_o distress_n and_o sale_n of_o good_n xxxiii_o a_o soldier_n or_o mariner_n that_o beg_v or_o counterfeit_v a_o certificate_n shall_v suffer_v punishment_n as_o a_o common_a
