agreement_n to_o be_v by_o he_o make_v conclude_v or_o take_v in_o hand_n touch_v the_o same_o or_o any_o part_n thereof_o as_o also_o to_o maintain_v and_o suffer_v this_o present_a warrant_n and_o the_o authority_n give_v and_o limit_v thereby_o to_o stand_v and_o continue_v in_o force_n and_o effect_n from_o henceforth_o in_o such_o sort_n and_o until_o thar_z he_o the_o say_v f._n only_o shall_v and_o may_v accomplish_v the_o say_a wood-sale_n and_o the_o make_n and_o order_v of_o the_o say_a wood_n and_o other_o the_o premise_n and_o all_o thing_n that_o he_o shall_v take_v upon_o he_o concern_v the_o effect_n or_o performance_n thereof_o by_o reason_n or_o occasion_n of_o these_o present_n according_a to_o the_o intent_n or_o limitation_n of_o the_o same_o and_o that_o in_o consideration_n of_o the_o pain_n and_o travel_n of_o the_o say_v f._n to_o be_v take_v about_o the_o say_a wood_n and_o other_o the_o premise_n he_o shall_v have_v allowance_n and_o recompense_n at_o the_o hand_n of_o i_o the_o say_a lord_n l._n and_o my_o assign_n in_o form_n follow_v that_o be_v to_o say_v a_o shilling_n upon_o every_o pound_n of_o all_o and_o every_o the_o sum_n of_o money_n that_o shall_v or_o may_v be_v make_v or_o due_a for_o the_o say_a wood_n and_o other_o the_o premise_n or_o any_o part_n thereof_o over_o and_o beside_o the_o wage_n and_o charge_n to_o be_v disburse_v to_o workman_n or_o laborer_n for_o and_o about_o the_o make_n order_v or_o covert_v of_o the_o say_a wood_n and_o other_o the_o premise_n or_o any_o part_n thereof_o and_o further_o that_o in_o respect_n of_o the_o disbursement_n make_v and_o to_o be_v make_v by_o the_o say_v f._n for_o i_o the_o say_v l._n l._n of_o his_o own_o proper_a money_n i_o will_v make_v and_o give_v unto_o he_o some_o convenient_a recompense_n and_o allowance_n upon_o his_o account_n aforesaid_a over_o and_o beyond_o the_o payment_n of_o all_o the_o sum_n of_o money_n by_o he_o disburse_v or_o to_o be_v specify_v in_o witness_n etc._n etc._n a_o letter_n of_o attorney_n to_o receive_v the_o profit_n of_o a_o parsonage_n be_v it_o etc._n etc._n that_o i_o g._n b._n clark_n parson_n of_o the_o rectory_n and_o parish_n church_n of_o st._n d._n b._n in_o l._n street_n of_o l._n have_v make_v etc._n etc._n i._o h._n haberdasher_n and_o w._n m._n scrivener_n citizen_z of_o l._n my_o true_a and_o lawful_a attorney_n joint_o and_o several_o for_o i_o and_o in_o my_o name_n to_o ask_v levy_n gather_v recover_v and_o receive_v all_o and_o all_o manner_n of_o title_n fruit_n profit_v oblation_n casualty_n commodity_n emolument_n and_o advantage_n whatsoever_o of_o the_o say_a rectory_n church_n and_o parsonage_n or_o in_o any_o wise_a due_a come_v renew_v or_o grow_v or_o which_o see_v as_o often_o as_o need_v shall_v require_v and_o moreover_o to_o pay_v and_o disburse_v out_o of_o the_o receipt_n by_o they_o or_o either_o of_o they_o to_o be_v have_v by_o reason_n of_o these_o present_n all_z and_o singular_a sum_n of_o money_n which_o i_o the_o say_v g._n be_o chargeable_a to_o disburse_v or_o pay_v for_o or_o by_o reason_n
