can_v have_v power_n to_o introduce_v any_o thing_n for_o reformation_n in_o the_o church_n but_o that_o which_o the_o consent_n of_o the_o whole_a church_n either_o injoyn_v or_o allow_v not_o as_o it_o for_o law_n till_o it_o be_v due_o debate_v and_o that_o be_v do_v it_o will_v infallible_o appear_v in_o all_o which_o in_o most_o thing_n appear_v already_o that_o the_o consent_n of_o the_o whole_a church_n can_v contradict_v the_o true_a sense_n of_o the_o scripture_n and_o that_o it_o be_v nothing_o else_o but_o not_o know_v the_o one_o or_o the_o other_o that_o make_v it_o seem_v otherwise_o if_o the_o scripture_n itself_o be_v not_o nor_o can_v be_v own_v for_o god_n word_n but_o by_o the_o consent_n of_o god_n people_n from_o the_o beginning_n attest_v the_o motive_n of_o
