belong_v to_o or_o under_o the_o jurisdiction_n of_o any_o of_o the_o proprietor_n court_n shall_v in_o they_o respective_o be_v try_v and_o ultimate_o determine_v without_o any_o far_a appeal_n §_o 47._o the_o proprietor_n court_n shall_v have_v a_o power_n to_o mitigate_v all_o fine_n and_o suspend_v all_o execution_n in_o criminal_a cause_n either_o before_o or_o after_o sentence_n in_o any_o be_v always_o one_o of_o his_o own_o six_o councillor_n respective_o and_o in_o case_n any_o of_o the_o proprietor_n have_v not_o in_o his_o absence_n out_o of_o carolina_n a_o deputy_n commissionated_a under_o his_o hand_n and_o seal_n the_o elder_a nobleman_n of_o his_o court_n shall_v of_o course_n be_v his_o deputy_n §_o 61._o in_o every_o county_n there_o shall_v be_v a_o
