hair_n on_o the_o chin_n the_o eyelid_n and_o eye_n brow_n be_v for_o some_o particular_a end_n which_o nature_n propose_v to_o herself_o wherein_o she_o never_o fail_v of_o her_o purpose_n she_o the_o inclination_n which_o accompany_v they_o for_o every_o animal_n power_n leave_v in_o the_o appetite_n a_o inclination_n to_o perform_v its_o proper_a action_n but_o as_o to_o the_o power_n and_o inclination_n which_o proceed_v from_o the_o temperament_n as_o the_o strength_n or_o weakness_n of_o those_o first_o faculty_n the_o inclination_n to_o confidence_n or_o fearfulness_n to_o liberality_n or_o avarice_n etc._n etc._n nature_n have_v not_o any_o design_n to_o bestow_v they_o on_o either_o sex_n in_o as_o much_o as_o the_o natural_a perfection_n of_o the_o humane_a species_n
do_v not_o admit_v of_o any_o in_o particular_a as_o oblige_v to_o be_v equal_o capable_a of_o all_o by_o reason_n of_o its_o be_v indeterminate_a and_o indifferent_a as_o we_o have_v show_v before_o the_o figure_n which_o be_v proper_a to_o the_o species_n for_o though_o the_o conformation_n of_o the_o woman_n part_n be_v different_a from_o that_o of_o the_o man_n yet_o be_v there_o a_o great_a resemblance_n between_o she_o and_o man_n than_o any_o other_o animal_n whatsoever_o now_o it_o be_v certain_a there_o be_v some_o part_n which_o be_v proper_a to_o each_o sex_n and_o such_o as_o according_a to_o the_o proportion_n of_o his_o be_v hot_a he_o must_v necessary_o be_v strong_a and_o consequent_o thereto_o that_o he_o shall_v be_v natural_o courageous_a desirous_a of_o fame_n magnanimous_a sincere_a liberal_a merciful_a just_a grateful_a and_o consequent_a to_o his_o be_v dry_a he_o shall_v be_v resolve_v constant_a patient_n modest_a faithful_a judicious_a the_o reason_n of_o all_o these_o effect_n be_v easy_o find_v for_o as_o the_o soul_n make_v use_v of_o these_o quality_n know_v what_o she_o be_v able_a to_o perform_v by_o their_o mean_n and_o be_v incline_v to_o the_o action_n conformable_a to_o their_o virtue_n so_o upon_o heâ—_n be_v sensible_a of_o the_o heat_n which_o be_v the_o principle_n of_o strength_n and_o courage_n she_o take_v a_o confidence_n in_o herself_o and_o upon_o that_o she_o will_v command_v she_o courageous_o undertake_v and_o slight_n small_a danger_n and_o be_v courageous_a she_o be_v forward_o free_a and_o without_o artifice_n she_o be_v also_o liberal_a not_o only_o upon_o this_o account_n that_o it_o be_v the_o property_n of_o heat_n to_o dilate_v itself_o but_o also_o for_o this_o reason_n that_o the_o confidence_n she_o have_v of_o herself_o take_v away_o the_o apprehension_n of_o want_v those_o thing_n that_o shall_v be_v necessary_a for_o she_o she_o easy_o pardon_v because_o she_o think_v she_o can_v be_v injure_v she_o be_v just_a because_o she_o desire_v little_a as_o be_v satisfy_v with_o herself_o in_o fine_a she_o be_v grateful_a because_o she_o be_v just_a and_o liberal_a on_o the_o other_o side_n as_o drought_n oblige_v thing_n to_o keep_v within_o their_o bound_n and_o hinder_v they_o from_o spread_v and_o disperse_v themselves_o so_o she_o accommodate_v herself_o to_o this_o virtue_n and_o be_v fortify_v within_o herself_o not_o easy_o change_v the_o resolution_n she_o have_v take_v patient_o endure_v the_o inconvenience_n which_o happen_v to_o she_o constant_o endeavour_v to_o perform_v the_o promise_n she_o have_v make_v and_o not_o suffer_v herself_o to_o be_v carry_v away_o with_o the_o vanity_n of_o those_o honour_n which_o she_o deserve_v not_o in_o a_o word_n drought_n contribute_v to_o the_o purity_n of_o the_o spirit_n and_o check_v the_o impetuous_a sally_n of_o the_o imagination_n allow_v the_o time_n require_v by_o the_o understanding_n for_o the_o consideration_n of_o thing_n whence_o proceed_v prudence_n and_o soundness_n of_o judgement_n art_n 2._o that_o the_o temperament_n of_o man_n be_v hot_a and_o dry_a in_o the_o first_o degree_n but_o it_o be_v she_o to_o be_v observe_v that_o all_o these_o natural_a virtue_n be_v not_o consistent_a with_o these_o two_o quality_n if_o they_o be_v excessive_a for_o if_o the_o heat_n be_v too_o great_a instead_o of_o courage_n it_o will_v raise_v temerity_n the_o desire_n of_o fame_n will_v be_v change_v into_o pride_n magnanimity_n into_o insolence_n liberality_n into_o prodegality_n justice_n into_o severity_n clemency_n into_o induigence_n and_o gratitude_n into_o ostentation_n and_o vanity_n in_o like_a manner_n if_o drought_n be_v predominant_a the_o constancy_n of_o the_o
