this_o paint_n and_o some_o of_o they_o well_o know_v unto_o yourself_o but_o i_o will_v name_v some_o one_o or_o two_o out_o of_o the_o scripture_n and_o leave_v the_o rest_n to_o your_o own_o good_a consideration_n you_o read_v in_o the_o gospel_n of_o mark_n the_o nine_o chapter_n and_o four_o &_o twentieh_a verse_n of_o so_o good_a and_o faithful_a a_o man_n man_n mark_v 9.24_o example_n of_o a_o weak_a faith_n in_o a_o very_a good_a man_n as_o you_o will_v yourself_o confess_v he_o have_v a_o true_a and_o sincere_a faith_n because_o he_o say_v unto_o jesus_n christ_n lord_n i_o believe_v nevertheless_o this_o good_a man_n be_v sick_a of_o your_o disease_n and_o feel_v his_o faith_n to_o be_v weak_a yea_o very_a weak_a and_o therefore_o he_o entreat_v the_o lord_n jesus_n very_o these_o man_n do_v in_o like_a manner_n find_v and_o feel_v great_a want_n and_o weakness_n in_o their_o own_o faith_n for_o which_o cause_n they_o put_v up_o their_o humble_a supplication_n unto_o their_o lord_n and_o master_n jesus_n christ_n that_o he_o will_v increase_v their_o faith_n so_o that_o now_o you_o see_v very_o plain_o grave_n weakness_n and_o want_n will_v wait_v upon_o we_o to_o our_o grave_n there_o be_v no_o cause_n why_o you_o shall_v too_o much_o discourage_v yourself_o with_o the_o consideration_n of_o the_o weakness_n of_o your_o faith_n because_o the_o best_a and_o most_o faithful_a servant_n of_o god_n do_v halt_n of_o this_o sore_a as_o well_o as_o you_o and_o shall_v do_v as_o long_o as_o they_o live_v in_o this_o world_n for_o there_o be_v no_o perfection_n who_o have_v through_o supply_v all_o your_o want_n and_o who_o will_v so_o strengthen_v you_o that_o your_o faith_n though_o never_o so_o weak_a to_o your_o own_o feel_n may_v never_o fail_v you_o for_o which_o purpose_n i_o will_v have_v yove_o to_o lay_v sure_a hold_n of_o these_o word_n full_a of_o sweet_a comfort_n deliver_v unto_o peter_n by_o out_o saviour_n christ_n for_o the_o saviour_n of_o all_o the_o faithful_a in_o the_o world_n be_v he_o not_o your_o saviour_n as_o well_o as_o peter_n yes_o true_o then_o he_o will_v pray_v for_o you_o also_o for_o so_o he_o say_v in_o that_o most_o sweet_a prayer_n which_o he_o make_v to_o his_o heavenly_a father_n for_o all_o the_o faithful_a which_o shall_v believe_v in_o he_o to_o the_o world_n end_n 17.20_o joh._n 17.20_o i_o they_o call_v not_o upon_o god_n as_o though_o he_o shall_v say_v they_o do_v many_o other_o thing_n but_o they_o do_v not_o this_o and_o no_o marvel_n for_o indeed_o they_o can_v because_o they_o want_v that_o spirit_n which_o shall_v teach_v they_o to_o pray_v for_o the_o spirit_n help_v our_o infirmity_n and_o pray_v in_o we_o yea_o this_o same_o spirit_n of_o sanctification_n which_o have_v wrought_v a_o gracious_a measure_n of_o faith_n and_o repentance_n in_o your_o heart_n have_v teach_v you_o also_o to_o pray_v and_o to_o take_v so_o great_a delight_n therein_o that_o you_o be_v glad_a when_o you_o can_v pray_v yourself_o or_o can_v be_v partaker_n with_o other_o when_o they_o pray_v but_o you_o say_v sometime_o you_o can_v pray_v at_o all_o gift_n prayer_n be_v not_o a_o common_a gift_n and_o therefore_o you_o doubt_v yourself_o very_o much_o will_v the_o godly_a can_v always_o pray_v as_o they_o will_v if_o you_o can_v pray_v when_o you_o will_v and_o as_o you_o will_v bear_v with_o my_o plainness_n for_o i_o speak_v from_o the_o feel_n of_o my_o own_o heart_n you_o will_v be_v proud_a you_o will_v think_v it_o be_v but_o a_o gift_n of_o nature_n in_o your_o apostle_n paul_n in_o the_o seven_o chapter_n to_o the_o roman_n and_o the_o five_o and_o twenty_o verse_n i_o thank_v god_n through_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n because_o in_o my_o mind_n i_o to_o be_v as_o careful_a as_o may_v be_v therein_o and_o to_o use_v all_o good_a and_o holy_a mean_n of_o watch_v over_o your_o affection_n and_o avoid_v all_o those_o occasion_n sin_n all_o good_a mean_n must_v be_v use_v against_o every_o sin_n whereby_o you_o may_v be_v draw_v forward_o into_o aâ—e_v the_o least_o sin_n by_o pray_v fast_a and_o such_o like_a holy_a exercise_n whereby_o you_o may_v be_v better_o strengthen_v against_o all_o assault_n of_o sin_n yet_o will_v i_o not_o have_v you_o to_o discourage_v yourself_o too_o much_o with_o the_o consideration_n thereof_o reverence_n consider_v wisellâ—_n and_o apply_v with_o reverence_n for_o this_o you_o know_v that_o one_o which_o walk_v in_o a_o supperie_a way_n or_o upon_o ice_n may_v against_o his_o will_n yea_o though_o he_o look_v never_o so_o well_o to_o his_o foot_n not_o only_o take_v the_o first_o but_o the_o second_o and_o the_o three_o fall_n yea_o many_o fall_v notwithstanding_o that_o he_o think_v to_o set_v
