for_o the_o payment_n thereof_o in_o manner_n and_o form_n aforesaid_a within_o the_o space_n of_o forty_o day_n next_o after_o the_o say_a certificate_n as_o by_o the_o say_a committee_n for_o take_v their_o discretion_n shall_v think_v fit_a to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o commonwealth_n unto_o the_o chamberlain_n of_o the_o city_n of_o london_n aforesaid_a and_o for_o neglect_n or_o refusal_n thereof_o to_o commit_v the_o say_a person_n or_o person_n to_o prison_n until_o they_o shall_v pay_v the_o same_o and_o that_o the_o say_v sum_n of_o money_n so_o pay_v unto_o the_o chamberlain_n of_o the_o city_n of_o london_n upon_o the_o say_v appeal_n shall_v not_o be_v dispose_v of_o until_o the_o say_a appeal_n be_v determine_v and_o so_o much_o shall_v be_v adjudge_v against_o the_o appellant_n to_o be_v pay_v unto_o such_o particular_a treasurer_n as_o be_v appoint_v to_o receive_v the_o same_o as_o aforesaid_a or_o to_o be_v dispose_v as_o by_o order_n of_o the_o say_a house_n of_o parliament_n shall_v be_v appoint_v and_o direct_v and_o the_o party_n that_o shall_v prosecute_v the_o suit_n for_o the_o commonwealth_n shall_v have_v full_a cost_n allow_v unto_o he_o in_o case_n he_o that_o shall_v appeal_v shall_v not_o prevail_v upon_o his_o appeal_n and_o further_o it_o be_v hereby_o order_v and_o ordain_v by_o the_o say_a lord_n and_o commons_o that_o all_o person_n employ_v or_o to_o be_v employ_v in_o take_v of_o the_o say_a account_n by_o virtue_n of_o the_o aforesaid_a ordinance_n their_o and_o every_o of_o their_o officer_n and_o necessary_a attendant_n and_z their_z and_o every_o of_o their_o horse_n shall_v be_v free_a from_o press_v and_o shall_v not_o be_v seize_v or_o take_v by_o virtue_n of_o any_o order_n or_o ordinance_n for_o the_o service_n of_o the_o state_n so_o long_o as_o they_o or_o ahy_fw-fr of_o they_o be_v employ_v in_o or_o about_o the_o take_n of_o the_o say_a account_n and_o be_v it_o further_o ordain_v that_o the_o officer_n and_o other_o person_n employ_v by_o the_o several_a sub-committees_a in_o each_o county_n and_o city_n shall_v have_v such_o reasonable_a and_o fit_a allowance_n as_o shall_v be_v think_v fit_a by_o the_o say_v sub-committees_a or_o the_o major_a number_n of_o they_o and_o shall_v be_v approve_v of_o by_o the_o committee_n for_o take_v the_o account_n of_o the_o whole_a
