tenant_n by_o covenant_n or_o promise_n be_v engage_v to_o pay_v all_o tax_n and_o other_o public_a charge_n for_o or_o in_o respect_n of_o the_o say_a land_n in_o which_o case_n the_o landlord_n be_v to_o have_v the_o benefit_n of_o his_o bargain_n and_o to_o receive_v his_o rent_n entire_o and_o the_o tenant_n be_v to_o pay_v the_o say_v whole_a tax_n according_a to_o his_o agreement_n and_o same_o shall_v be_v so_o value_v and_o return_v as_o be_v herein_o before_o direct_v such_o person_n and_o person_n so_o removing_z his_o and_o their_o stock_n out_o of_o the_o precinct_n where_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v first_o value_v as_o aforesaid_a without_o special_a licence_n in_o write_v first_o have_v and_o obtain_v from_o the_o commissioner_n of_o revenue_n of_o the_o precinct_n
