with_o the_o full_a value_n of_o the_o good_n by_o he_o detain_v conceal_v imbezled_a purjoin_v or_o make_v away_o as_o aforesaid_a unto_o the_o baron_n of_o the_o exchequer_n who_o thereupon_o be_v to_o take_v order_n for_o the_o effectual_a levy_n of_o the_o full_a value_n so_o certify_v of_o the_o say_a good_n so_o detain_v conceal_v imbezled_a purloin_v or_o make_v away_o as_o aforesaid_a upon_o the_o estate_n real_a and_o personal_a of_o every_o such_o offender_n respective_o which_o money_n so_o to_o be_v levy_v the_o say_a baron_n of_o the_o exchequer_n be_v to_o cause_n to_o be_v immediate_o pay_v over_o into_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o treasurer_n hereafter_o mention_v for_o the_o use_n in_o this_o act_n appoint_v and_o in_o case_n upon_o such_o inquiry_n information_n examination_n or_o other_o proceed_n as_o aforesaid_a any_o part_n or_o parcel_n of_o the_o say_a good_n or_o premise_n be_v find_v out_o produce_v and_o recover_v in_o kind_n by_o the_o say_a trustee_n they_o be_v then_o from_o time_n to_o time_n to_o proceed_v therewith_o to_o the_o inventory_v apprise_v and_o secure_v the_o same_o and_o return_v such_o duplicate_v thereupon_o as_o be_v afore_o direct_v and_o in_o case_n they_o find_v any_o part_n or_o parcel_n of_o the_o premise_n do_v lie_v at_o such_o place_n and_o distance_n as_o that_o they_o can_v convenient_o go_v to_o apprise_v the_o same_o where_o it_o lie_v they_o may_v and_o be_v hereby_o authorize_v to_o take_v order_n for_o the_o true_a inventory_v of_o the_o same_o and_o for_o the_o remove_n thereof_o to_o such_o other_o place_n as_o they_o shall_v find_v convenient_a by_o the_o hand_n of_o such_o person_n or_o person_n as_o they_o shall_v think_v fit_a to_o employ_v therein_o in_o order_n to_o their_o more_o convenient_a apprise_n and_o dispose_n of_o the_o same_o as_o be_v afore_o direct_v and_o it_o be_v further_o enact_v that_o the_o say_a council_n of_o state_n upon_o the_o return_n of_o any_o such_o duplicate_v unto_o they_o as_o be_v afore_o direct_v from_o the_o say_a trustee_n shall_v within_o fourteen_o day_n after_o such_o return_n make_v choice_n of_o such_o particular_n of_o the_o premise_n therein_o contain_v as_o they_o shall_v think_v fit_a to_o be_v reserve_v for_o the_o use_n of_o state_n not_o exceed_v the_o value_n of_o ten_o thousand_o pound_n and_o send_v a_o extract_n and_o account_v thereof_o to_o the_o contractor_n here_o after_o name_v who_o be_v thereupon_o to_o forbear_v any_o sale_n of_o such_o particular_n until_o further_a order_n from_o the_o parliament_n and_o the_o say_a council_n of_o state_n be_v with_o all_o convenient_a speed_n to_o certify_v or_o make_v report_n to_o the_o parliament_n of_o such_o particular_n as_o they_o have_v so_o make_v choice_n of_o to_o be_v reserve_v as_o aforesaid_a to_o receive_v the_o approbation_n or_o disapprobation_n of_o the_o parliament_n thereupon_o and_o such_o of_o the_o say_a particular_n as_o the_o parliament_n shall_v thereupon_o approve_v to_o be_v reserve_v shall_v upon_o a_o warrant_n from_o the_o say_a council_n be_v deliver_v by_o the_o say_a trustee_n or_o their_o agent_n in_o who_o custody_n the_o same_o be_v secure_v as_o aforesaid_a unto_o such_o person_n or_o person_n as_o the_o say_a council_n shall_v authorise_v and_o appoint_v to_o receive_v the_o same_o to_o be_v
