her_o proof_n prove_v that_o she_o have_v be_v or_o in_o probability_n can_v ever_o be_v worth_a a_o penny_n to_o i_o and_o as_o for_o that_o estate_n which_o the_o lord_n commissioner_n do_v decree_n pay_v or_o come_v to_o the_o husband_n by_o such_o wife_n as_o shall_v pray_v relief_n and_o therefore_o in_o this_o particular_a case_n it_o may_v be_v very_o just_o insist_v even_o from_o the_o sense_n and_o letter_n of_o the_o act_n as_o also_o that_o it_o be_v mrs._n ivy_n separate_v herself_o from_o her_o husband_n it_o be_v not_o her_o husband_n leave_v she_o nay_o after_o she_o be_v gentleman_n under_o feign_a name_n her_o frequent_v and_o meet_v they_o in_o scandalous_a house_n in_o long-acre_n and_o other_o place_n at_o unseasonable_a time_n of_o the_o night_n under_o the_o pretence_n of_o withdraw_v from_o her_o husbaud_n be_v a_o bed_n to_o her_o devotion_n those_o horrrid_a and_o detestable_a plot_n upon_o jane_n gilbert_n even_o to_o the_o lose_n of_o her_o life_n her_o charge_v her_o husband_n with_o foul_a disease_n of_o which_o he_o be_v clear_v upon_o oath_n by_o the_o precedent_n of_o the_o college_n and_o other_o learned_a physician_n and_o also_o her_o and_o the_o plaintiff_n brother_n as_o heir_n at_o law_n have_v since_o the_o death_n of_o his_o father_n get_v the_o possession_n of_o the_o estate_n and_o receive_v the_o rent_n issue_n and_o profit_n thereof_o insomuch_o that_o the_o defendant_n have_v be_v necessitate_v to_o expend_v great_a sum_n of_o money_n to_o maintain_v several_a suit_n at_o law_n both_o against_o the_o trustee_n acquaintance_n to_o persuade_v she_o to_o go_v into_o the_o country_n 300_o l._n take_v in_o silk_n and_o plate_n from_o the_o defendant_n whilst_o that_o he_o be_v at_o the_o court_n of_o alderman_n he_o have_v also_o contract_v several_a great_a debt_n to_o the_o value_n of_o 3000_o l._n beside_o 1000_o l._n spend_v in_o this_o unhappy_a suit_n and_o must_v therefore_o necessary_o in_o case_n 3000_o l._n per_fw-la annum_fw-la be_v take_v from_o he_o be_v cast_v into_o prison_n the_o most_o part_n of_o his_o life_n he_o have_v but_o 632_o l._n per_fw-la annum_fw-la of_o his_o own_o estate_n and_o that_o for_o his_o life_n only_o both_o to_o pay_v all_o his_o debt_n aforesaid_a and_o to_o live_v on_o beside_o except_v the_o 240_o l._n per_fw-la annum_fw-la which_o if_o it_o be_v recover_v from_o the_o heir_n of_o stepkins_n and_o recover_v by_o the_o trustee_n all_o which_o will_v yield_v but_o a_o scant_a and_o bare_a maintenance_n for_o himself_o wife_n and_o family_n to_o raise_v out_o of_o it_o 3000_o l._n for_o the_o creditor_n and_o 4000_o l._n more_o according_a to_o the_o indenture_n of_o settlement_n unless_o the_o defendant_n be_v acquit_v and_o discharge_v of_o the_o say_a 4000_o l._n by_o the_o last_o will_n and_o testament_n of_o the_o plaintiff_n father_n in_o who_o the_o remainder_n of_o the_o estate_n be_v in_o case_n the_o defendant_n shall_v have_v no_o
