upon_o the_o first_o appeal_n relate_v to_o the_o 150._o l._n fine_a be_v hear_v all_o the_o allegation_n of_o the_o petition_n make_v clear_a and_o sir_n richard_n answer_n confute_v by_o his_o own_o for_o the_o reason_n therein_o contain_v pray_v first_o leave_v to_o proceed_v against_o the_o say_a sir_n richard_n at_o common_a law_n upon_o the_o say_a action_n offer_v to_o stay_v six_o month_n to_o assist_v sir_n richard_n in_o the_o suit_v prosecute_v against_o he_o by_o hanson_n 83._o nou._n 21._o 83._o hanson_n put_v in_o his_o answer_n to_o that_o order_n and_o therein_o set_v forth_o first_o that_o he_o never_o doubt_v his_o majesty_n and_o that_o most_o honourable_a board_n justice_n 2._o neither_o do_v or_o will_v he_o wave_v the_o same_o 3._o that_o he_o will_v always_o submit_v any_o cause_n of_o he_o to_o his_o majesty_n royal_a determination_n so_o as_o the_o same_o can_v proper_o come_v before_o he_o in_o judgement_n and_o will_v have_v wait_v the_o five_o month_n aforesaid_a and_o the_o hear_n of_o the_o cause_n before_o any_o proceed_n at_o law_n but_o that_o first_o sir_n richard_z and_o the_o council_n in_o barbadoes_n be_v not_o only_o appoint_v to_o examine_v his_o own_o but_o hansons_n witness_n also_o and_o that_o not_o only_o in_o the_o first_o but_o the_o two_o latter_a appeal_n both_o which_o concern_v sir_n richard_n alone_o a_o thing_n without_o precedent_n and_o of_o dangerous_a consequence_n to_o be_v lead_v in_o example_n and_o will_v prove_v fatal_a to_o hanson_n in_o deprive_v he_o of_o his_o witness_n testimony_n for_o that_o none_o of_o they_o will_v dare_v to_o come_v before_o sir_n richard_n to_o be_v examine_v and_o no_o other_o person_n dare_v take_v their_o affidavit_n against_o their_o governor_n unless_o appoint_v thereto_o 2._o because_o the_o order_n aforesaid_a which_o seem_v to_o leave_v hanson_n to_o his_o election_n be_v so_o pen_v as_o that_o it_o take_v away_o from_o he_o that_o freedom_n order_v also_o but_o the_o say_v hanson_n do_v then_o offer_v in_o his_o say_a answer_n first_o to_o refer_v all_o the_o matter_n in_o difference_n between_o he_o and_o sir_n richard_n to_o any_o person_n of_o honour_n or_o know_a honesty_n even_o to_o the_o near_a relation_n and_o best_a friend_n sir_n richard_n have_v or_o 2._o to_o take_v what_o sir_n richards_n own_o council_n and_o solicitor_n have_v offer_v he_o after_o the_o first_o hear_v about_o the_o fine_a though_o not_o a_o five_o part_n of_o his_o damage_n rather_o than_o to_o have_v any_o further_o contest_v or_o trouble_v 3._o to_o stay_v all_o proceed_n at_o law_n till_o the_o hear_v appoint_v shall_v be_v over_o so_o as_o he_o may_v not_o for_o the_o reason_n beforementioned_a be_v oblige_v to_o release_n
