the_o say_a ambassador_n have_v by_o the_o aforesaid_a letter_n earnest_o desire_v that_o his_o majesty_n will_v give_v he_o some_o permission_n to_o present_a memorial_n and_o particular_o that_o he_o shall_v not_o need_v therein_o to_o express_v of_o the_o not_o make_v the_o say_a levy_n and_o that_o he_o may_v therein_o use_v some_o sweetning_n in_o consideration_n of_o the_o open_a country_n of_o the_o spanish_a netherlands_o first_o by_o a_o memorial_n the_o nineteenth_o of_o this_o month_n present_v to_o the_o state_n have_v declare_v that_o he_o will_v take_v it_o on_o himself_o to_o grant_v some_o time_n to_o bring_v the_o spaniard_n to_o a_o accommodation_n on_o the_o condition_n propose_v by_o his_o majesty_n if_o they_o will_v promise_v his_o majesty_n to_o remain_v in_o the_o state_n wherein_o they_o be_v without_o make_v any_o step_n which_o may_v make_v the_o spaniard_n more_o obstinate_a by_o the_o hope_n of_o a_o new_a and_o great_a succour_n and_o then_o afterward_o first_o in_o a_o conference_n which_o he_o willing_o will_v have_v have_v on_o the_o sixteenth_o of_o the_o say_a month_n but_o which_o be_v have_v on_o the_o seventeen_o for_o that_o the_o deputy_n of_o holland_n who_o be_v also_o to_o be_v at_o the_o same_o assist_v on_o the_o aforesaid_a sixteenth_o of_o february_n at_o the_o deliberation_n which_o then_o be_v have_v in_o holland_n on_o the_o aforesaid_a letter_n of_o the_o lord_n ambassador_n and_o have_v afterward_o declare_v by_o a_o memorial_n that_o in_o case_n the_o state_n will_v engage_v to_o cause_n spain_n to_o agree_v within_o two_o or_o three_o month_n to_o one_o of_o the_o equivalent_n contain_v in_o the_o aforesaid_a memorial_n of_o the_o five_o of_o november_n last_o or_o a_o truce_n of_o twenty_o year_n that_o his_o majesty_n will_v cease_v all_o hostility_n against_o the_o crown_n of_o spain_n but_o so_o that_o if_o the_o spaniard_n shall_v suffer_v those_o two_o or_o three_o month_n to_o run_v out_o without_o effect_n that_o then_o the_o state_n shall_v cause_v that_o their_o troop_n now_o in_o the_o spanish_a netherlands_o shall_v not_o be_v otherwise_o employ_v than_o in_o defence_n
