or_o other_o to_o any_o manner_n of_o value_n do_v find_v himself_o greve_v with_o the_o same_o presentment_n sess_v or_o tax_v &_o there_o upon_o complain_v to_o the_o commissyoner_n before_o who_o he_o shall_v be_v rate_v sess_v or_o tax_v or_o before_o two_o of_o they_o that_o then_o the_o say_a commissioner_n shall_v by_o all_o way_n and_o mean_n examine_v particular_o &_o distynctlye_o the_o person_n so_o complainaunt_a &_o other_o his_o neighbour_n by_o their_o discretion_n of_o every_o his_o good_n cattalle_n &_o debt_n above_o mention_v and_o after_o due_a examination_n and_o perfect_a knowledge_n thereof_o have_v and_o perceive_v by_o thesay_v commissioner_n ▪_o which_o shall_v have_v power_n by_o authority_n aforesaid_a thesaid_a commissioner_n or_o two_o of_o they_o to_o who_o it_o be_v prove_v by_o witness_n his_o own_fw-mi confession_n or_o other_o lawful_a way_n or_o mean_n within_o a_o year_n after_o any_o such_o oath_n make_v that_o thesame_a person_n so_o tax_v &_o swear_v be_v of_o any_o great_a or_o better_a value_n in_o good_n or_o other_o thing_n above_o specify_v at_o the_o time_n of_o his_o say_v oath_n then_o thesame_a person_n so_o swear_v do_v declare_v upon_o his_o say_v oath_n that_o then_o every_o such_o person_n so_o offend_v shall_v lose_v &_o forfeit_v to_o the_o king_n four_o time_n so_o much_o in_o lawful_a money_n of_o england_n as_o levy_v at_o such_o place_n where_o he_o &_o his_o family_n at_o the_o time_n of_o thesame_a presentment_n to_o be_v make_v shall_v keep_v his_o house_n or_o dwell_v or_o where_o he_o than_o shall_v dwell_v and_o be_v commissioner_n and_o if_o any_o person_n chargeable_a to_o this_o act_n at_o the_o time_n of_o thesaid_a assessing_n happen_v to_o be_v out_o of_o this_o realm_n and_o out_o of_o wales_n or_o far_o from_o the_o place_n where_o he_o shall_v be_v know_v than_o he_o to_o be_v set_v where_o he_o be_v last_o abide_v in_o this_o realm_n or_o within_o wales_n and_o best_a know_v and_o after_o the_o substance_n and_o value_n of_o every_o person_n know_v by_o the_o examination_n certificate_n and_o other_o manner_n of_o wise_a as_o be_v aforesaid_a thesay_v commissioner_n or_o as_o many_o of_o they_o as_o shall_v be_v appoint_a by_o the_o king_n commission_n shall_v after_o the_o rate_n aforesaid_a set_v and_o tax_v every_o person_n accord_v to_o the_o rate_n of_o set_v in_o deed_n at_o one_o place_n and_o if_o
assign_v to_o be_v commissioner_n in_o any_o place_n to_z and_z for_o th'execution_n of_o this_o act_n of_o relief_n in_o any_o of_o thesaid_a iii_o year_n be_v or_o shall_v be_v assign_v or_o name_v head_n collector_n in_o any_o of_o thesame_n three_o year_n of_o thesaid_a relief_n neither_o of_o any_o part_n there_o of_o and_o that_o every_o such_o person_n or_o person_n which_o shall_v be_v name_v and_o appoint_a as_o be_v aforesaid_a to_o be_v head_n collector_n in_o and_o for_o one_o of_z thesay_v three_o year_n shall_v not_o be_v compel_v to_o be_v collector_n for_o the_o other_o and_o last_o year_n and_o thesay_v collector_n which_o shall_v be_v assign_v for_o the_o collection_n of_o thesaid_a relief_n or_o for_o any_o part_n thereof_o and_o every_o of_o they_o be_v and_o shall_v be_v acquit_v and_o discharge_v of_o all_o manner_n fee_n reward_n and_o of_o every_o other_o charge_n in_o the_o king_n exchequer_n or_o else_o where_o of_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o by_o reason_n of_o that_o collection_n payment_n or_o account_n or_o any_o thing_n concern_v thesame_a to_o be_v ask_v and_o that_o if_o any_o person_n receive_v and_o take_v any_o fee_n reward_n or_o pleasure_n of_o any_o such_o accountant_a that_o then_o he_o shall_v forfeit_v to_o the_o king_n for_o every_o penny_n or_o value_n of_o a_o penny_n so_o take_v xx_o penny_n and_o suffer_v imprisonment_n at_o the_o king_n pleasure_n and_o after_o the_o taxing_n &_o assess_v of_o thesaid_a yearly_a relief_n as_o be_v beforesaid_a have_v &_o make_v and_o thesay_v estreate_n thereof_o in_o parchment_n unto_o the_o collector_n in_o manner_n &_o form_n before_o rehearse_v deliver_v thesaid_a commissioner_n which_o shall_v take_v upon_o they_o the_o execution_n of_o this_o act_n within_o the_o limit_n of_o their_o commission_n by_o their_o agremente_n shall_v have_v metynge_n together_o at_o which_o meeting_n every_o of_o thesaid_a commissioner_n which_o then_o shall_v have_v take_v upon_o they_o th'execution_n of_o any_o part_n of_o thesaid_a commission_n shall_v by_o himself_o or_o by_o his_o sufficient_a deputy_n true_o certify_v and_o bring_v forth_o unto_o other_o commissioner_n name_v in_o thesaid_a commission_n the_o certificate_n and_o presentment_n make_v before_o he_o &_o such_o other_o commissioner_n as_o be_v limit_v with_o he_o in_o one_o limit_fw-la or_o several_a writynge_n indent_a contain_v in_o it_o aswell_o the_o name_n of_o thesay_v collector_n by_o the_o commissioner_n for_o such_o collection_n &_o account_v in_o thexchequer_n and_o payment_n in_o thesaid_a receipt_n depute_a &_o assign_v as_o the_o gross_a and_o several_a sum_n write_v unto_o every_o such_o collector_n to_o receive_v thesay_v relief_n &_o also_o all_o fine_n amerciament_n &_o other_o forfeiture_n if_o any_o such_o by_o reason_n of_o this_o act_n happen_v to_o be_v within_o the_o precinct_n &_o limit_n of_o their_o commission_n to_o be_v certify_v into_o the_o king_n exchequer_n by_o thesaid_a commissioner_n yearly_o during_o thesaid_a iii_o year_n before_o the_o day_n of_o payment_n thereof_o at_o thesay_v receipt_n limit_v &_o appoint_a in_o which_o writing_n or_o writynge_n indent_v so_o to_o be_v certify_v shall_v be_v plain_o declare_v &_o express_v aswell_o the_o whole_a &_o inty_a some_o and_o sommes_fw-fr of_o thesaid_a relief_n several_o limit_v to_o the_o collection_n of_o thesay_v collector_n as_o the_o name_n of_o thesay_v collector_n several_o depute_v and_o assign_v to_o the_o collection_n of_o thesay_v sum_n so_o that_o none_o of_o thesay_v collector_n so_o certify_v in_o thesay_v exchequer_n shall_v be_v compel_v there_o to_o account_n or_o to_o be_v charge_v but_o only_o to_o and_o for_o the_o sum_n limit_v to_o his_o collection_n and_o not_o to_o or_o for_o any_o somme_fw-fr limit_v to_o the_o collection_n of_o his_o fellow_n but_o that_o every_o of_o they_o shall_v be_v several_o charge_v for_o their_o part_n limit_v to_o their_o collection_n and_o if_o thesay_v commissioner_n join_v in_o one_o commission_n amongst_o theimselfe_n in_o that_o matter_n can_v agree_v or_o if_o any_o of_o they_o be_v not_o ready_a or_o refuse_v to_o make_v certificate_n with_o other_o of_o thesame_a commissioner_n that_o then_o thesame_a commissioner_n may_v make_v several_a indenture_n in_o form_n aforesaid_a of_o their_o several_a limit_n or_o separation_n of_o collector_n within_o the_o limit_n of_o their_o commission_n upon_o &_o in_o the_o hundredes_o ward_n wapentake_n lath_n rape_n or_o such_o other_o like_o division_n within_o their_o say_a several_a limit_n of_o their_o commission_n as_o the_o place_n there_o shall_v require_v to_o be_v sever_v and_o divide_v and_o as_o to_o thesame_a commissioner_n shall_v seem_v to_o make_v division_n of_o their_o limit_n or_o collection_n for_o the_o several_a charge_n of_o thesame_a collector_n so_o that_o always_o one_o collectour_n shall_v be_v charge_v and_o account_n for_o his_o part_n to_o he_o to_o be_v limit_v only_o by_o himself_o and_o not_o for_o any_o somme_fw-fr limit_v to_o the_o part_n of_o any_o of_o his_o fellow_n and_o the_o charge_n of_o every_o of_o the_o collector_n to_o be_v set_v and_o certify_v several_o upon_o they_o and_o every_o such_o collectoure_n upon_o his_o account_n and_o payment_n of_o the_o sum_n of_o money_n limit_v within_o his_o collection_n to_o be_v several_o by_o himself_o acquit_v and_o discharge_v in_o thesay_v exchequer_n without_o pai_v any_o manner_n of_o fee_n or_o reward_n to_o any_o person_n or_o person_n for_o thesame_n upon_o the_o pein_n and_o penalty_n last_v above_o say_v and_o not_o to_o be_v charge_v for_o any_o portion_n of_o any_o other_o collector_n and_o if_o any_o commissioner_n after_o he_o have_v take_v certificate_n of_o they_o that_o as_o be_v aforesaid_a shall_v before_o any_o such_o commissioner_n be_v examine_v and_o the_o sum_n rate_v and_o set_v and_o the_o book_n and_o writynge_n thereof_o be_v in_o his_o hand_n or_o if_o any_o collector_n or_o other_o person_n charge_v with_o any_o receipt_n of_o any_o part_n of_o any_o of_o thesaid_a relief_n or_o any_o other_o person_n tax_v or_o otherwise_o by_o this_o act_n charge_v with_o and_o for_o any_o parcel_n of_o thesaid_a relieffe_n or_o with_o any_o other_o sum_n for_o fine_a amercement_n penalty_n or_o other_o forfeiture_n happen_v to_o dye_v before_o such_o commissioner_n collector_n or_o other_o whatsoever_o person_n or_o person_n have_v execute_v accomplish_v satisfy_v &_o sufficient_o discharge_v it_o which_o to_o every_o such_o person_n shall_v appertein_a or_o belong_v to_o do_v accord_v to_o this_o act_n then_o the_o executor_n and_o heir_n of_o every_o such_o person_n and_o all_o other_o seize_v of_o any_o land_n or_o tenemente_n that_o any_o such_o person_n be_v charge_v by_o this_o act_n and_o deceass_a before_o he_o be_v discharge_v thereof_o or_o any_o other_o to_o his_o use_n only_o have_v of_o estate_n of_o inheritance_n at_o the_o time_n that_o any_o such_o person_n be_v name_v commissioner_n collectour_n or_o in_o any_o otherwise_o charge_v with_o &_o for_o any_o manner_n of_o thing_n to_o be_v do_v satisfy_v or_o pay_v by_o reason_n of_o this_o act_n and_o all_o those_o that_o have_v in_o their_o possession_n or_o hand_n any_o good_n or_o cattalle_n that_o be_v to_o any_o such_o person_n at_o the_o time_n of_o his_o death_n land_n or_o tenemente_n that_o be_v thesame_a person_n at_o the_o time_n that_o he_o be_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a charge_v by_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v by_o thesame_n compel_v and_o charge_v to_o do_v &_o accomplish_v in_o every_o case_n as_o the_o same_o person_n so_o be_v charge_v shall_v have_v
