have_v be_v and_o be_v profess_v enemy_n to_o both_o kingdom_n and_o for_o some_o year_n past_a have_v still_o be_v fight_v against_o the_o cause_n of_o god_n religion_n and_o the_o covenant_n which_o your_o lordship_n profess_v to_o maintain_v have_v get_v so_o much_o encouragement_n and_o so_o many_o advantage_n by_o your_o lordship_n delay_v hitherto_o to_o declare_v against_o they_o and_o now_o be_v further_o credible_o inform_v that_o many_o load_n of_o provision_n arm_n and_o ammunition_n have_v late_o go_v from_o this_o city_n of_o edinburgh_n to_o the_o say_a town_n of_o barwick_n and_o that_o the_o people_n of_o this_o kingdom_n have_v free_a recourse_n to_o barwick_n and_o carlisle_n and_o many_o have_v there_o take_v up_o arm_n with_o they_o notwithstanding_o it_o be_v well_o
