honour_v outward_o express_v be_v a_o sign_n of_o that_o inward_a estimation_n if_o any_o pretend_v they_o will_v honour_v the_o governor_n provide_v he_o be_v holy_a just_a virtuous_a sure_o though_o it_o be_v to_o be_v wish_v and_o pray_v for_o that_o every_o governor_n be_v the_o most_o eminent_a in_o holiness_n and_o righteousness_n in_o that_o community_n whereof_o he_o be_v a_o governor_n according_a to_o 2_o sam._n 23._o yet_o though_o he_o be_v not_o so_o there_o be_v honour_n due_a unto_o he_o and_o that_o for_o his_o work-sake_n that_o he_o do_v continere_fw-la hominum_fw-la worst_a of_o government_n be_v to_o be_v prefer_v before_o anarchy_n and_o confusion_n which_o they_o aim_v at_o who_o promote_v a_o parity_n among_o man_n and_o therefore_o the_o lord_n jesus_n by_o his_o example_n
