believe_v that_o in_o such_o thing_n a_o brother_n or_o sister_n be_v not_o in_o bondage_n or_o must_v of_o necessity_n be_v force_v to_o live_v without_o the_o help_n of_o wedlock_n therefore_o if_o in_o this_o the_o bond_n of_o matrimony_n may_v be_v so_o break_v that_o the_o party_n forsake_v may_v marry_v again_o it_o shall_v seem_v to_o be_v much_o more_o likely_a that_o by_o adultery_n the_o bond_n shall_v be_v much_o rather_o break_v for_o answer_v whereunto_o i_o think_v we_o need_v no_o more_o but_o this_o that_o there_o be_v not_o the_o like_a reason_n in_o the_o one_o as_o in_o the_o other_o whether_o we_o respect_v the_o offence_n that_o be_v commit_v or_o the_o inconvenience_n that_o redound_v unto_o the_o other_o thereby_o the_o offence_n that_o be_v commit_v differ_v be_v adultery_n a_o very_a foul_a and_o great_a sin_n both_o odious_a to_o god_n and_o exceed_v grievous_a to_o man_n even_o intolerable_a almost_o unto_o many_o in_o that_o forsake_v that_o the_o apostle_n speak_v of_o a_o utter_a break_a óf_n of_o the_o knot_n of_o wedlock_n that_o be_v betwixt_o they_o so_o far_o as_o in_o that_o party_n do_v lie_v the_o former_a of_o which_o sometime_o proceed_v but_o of_o infirmity_n the_o latter_a of_o they_o be_v a_o hatred_n to_o religion_n itself_o though_o therefore_o the_o apostle_n allow_v the_o forsake_a party_n to_o marry_v again_o especial_o when_o it_o be_v for_o hatred_n of_o the_o truth_n and_o where_o the_o other_o have_v break_v of_o already_o from_o the_o bond_n that_o be_v betwixt_o they_o yet_o it_o may_v be_v he_o will_v not_o allow_v or_o at_o least_o it_o can_v hence_o be_v gather_v that_o he_o will_v allow_v of_o marry_v again_o where_o the_o party_n offend_v have_v but_o only_o sin_v against_o that_o holy_a ordinance_n and_o therein_o be_v not_o purpose_v nor_o yet_o be_v to_o break_v of_o from_o the_o other_o and_o when_o that_o sin_n it_o may_v be_v be_v do_v by_o infirmity_n also_o and_o much_o provoke_v by_o some_o inordinate_a deal_n of_o the_o other_o the_o inconvenience_n that_o redound_v unto_o the_o other_o party_n thereby_o be_v by_o such_o forsake_v much_o great_a in_o this_o kind_n then_o be_v that_o other_o of_o commit_v adultery_n for_o by_o such_o forsake_v it_o come_v to_o pass_v that_o the_o party_n forsake_v be_v altogether_o deprive_v not_o only_o of_o a_o comfortable_a fruition_n of_o the_o good_a thing_n of_o wedlock_n but_o also_o of_o the_o thing_n themselves_o of_o that_o needful_a preservation_n from_o sin_n of_o child_n likewise_o and_o mutual_a help_n but_o it_o be_v not_o so_o by_o adultery_n for_o that_o the_o innocent_a party_n notwithstanding_o it_o may_v have_v all_o those_o of_o the_o offendor_n in_o some_o tolerable_a measure_n though_o not_o in_o so_o good_a and_o comfortable_a manner_n as_o be_v expedient_a he_o may_v have_v that_o needful_a help_n to_o preserve_v he_o from_o sin_n and_o to_o accomplish_v divers_a of_o his_o affair_n and_o propagation_n of_o child_n likewise_o if_o he_o can_v take_v the_o benefit_n of_o any_o such_o help_n of_o the_o other_o that_o have_v be_v so_o unfaithful_a unto_o he_o that_o be_v like_a enough_o to_o proceed_v but_o only_o of_o such_o perturbation_n of_o mind_n as_o some_o way_n cast_v how_o to_o revenge_v or_o can_v yet_o digest_v so_o great_a a_o displeasure_n do_v unto_o he_o which_o indeed_o be_v just_o deserve_v by_o the_o offendor_n but_o not_o just_o entertain_v by_o the_o innocent_a party_n for_o that_o he_o which_o have_v forgive_v we_o more_o have_v will_v we_o also_o for_o his_o sake_n to_o forgive_v and_o therefore_o such_o perturbation_n be_v to_o be_v remove_v or_o at_o least_o bridle_v &_o not_o any_o conceit_n thereon_o to_o be_v nourish_v that_o now_o there_o can_v no_o such_o help_n be_v have_v of_o the_o party_n offend_v his_o child_n i_o grant_v may_v be_v somewhat_o doubtful_a whether_o they_o be_v his_o or_o not_o but_o that_o be_v so_o general_a a_o case_n withal_o that_o man_n must_v rather_o hold_v themselves_o content_v with_o that_o general_a determination_n of_o law_n that_o by_o marriage_n do_v make_v they_o they_o which_o also_o be_v their_o own_o act_n too_o then_o suffer_v themselves_o to_o be_v so_o carry_v away_o from_o the_o opinion_n that_o they_o be_v they_o by_o such_o suspicion_n as_o ill_a likelihood_n may_v easy_o breed_v else_o if_o any_o will_v needs_o be_v so_o peremptory_a let_v they_o first_o show_v that_o their_o own_o descent_n be_v utter_o void_a of_o all_o suspicion_n of_o any_o such_o blemish_n before_o they_o deal_v so_o strict_o with_o other_o albeit_o therefore_o the_o apostle_n allow_v of_o marry_v again_o to_o such_o as_o utter_o be_v deprive_v of_o all_o such_o good_a thing_n as_o by_o marriage_n god_n ordain_v for_o man_n yet_o be_v there_o no_o reason_n why_o any_o man_n shall_v thereupon_o gather_v that_o the_o like_a liberty_n be_v likewise_o to_o be_v grant_v to_o those_o that_o may_v have_v the_o use_n of_o those_o thing_n in_o some_o tolerable_a measure_n but_o so_o far_o as_o their_o own_o trouble_a affection_n do_v hinder_v they_o of_o it_o same_o that_o other_o thing_n that_o belong_v not_o unto_o this_o that_o now_o we_o speak_v of_o but_o arise_v by_o occasion_n of_o it_o be_v that_o hence_o it_o seem_v to_o i_o we_o may_v have_v a_o special_a good_a light_n whereby_o we_o may_v see_v how_o to_o determine_v of_o one_o other_o point_n that_o in_o all_o age_n have_v much_o trouble_v the_o learned_a and_o yet_o do_v namely_o for_o what_o cause_v divorce_n may_v be_v have_v &_o marry_v again_o thereon_o allow_v for_o many_o there_o be_v and_o those_o of_o special_a account_n withal_o that_o allow_v of_o no_o divorce_n but_o only_o for_o adultery_n and_o think_v that_o those_o that_o go_v any_o far_a do_v make_v themselves_o wise_a than_o their_o master_n nor_o of_o marry_v again_o but_o only_o in_o that_o of_o adultery_n and_o in_o this_o of_o be_v forsake_v other_o again_o that_o allow_v both_o of_o divorce_n and_o marry_v thereupon_o for_o divers_a other_o cause_n beside_o in_o which_o extend_v of_o that_o liberty_n there_o be_v of_o those_o that_o profess_v and_o teach_v the_o gospel_n that_o may_v well_o be_v doubt_v to_o go_v over_o far_o as_o on_o the_o other_o side_n the_o papist_n general_o be_v for_o divorce_v so_o very_o liberal_a that_o they_o without_o question_n stand_v in_o great_a need_n to_o be_v better_a shod_a for_o their_o so_o far_o overreach_v therein_o but_o of_o this_o matter_n i_o mean_v not_o to_o treat_v which_o will_v be_v sufficient_a itself_o to_o occupy_v another_o treatise_n much_o great_a than_o this_o the_o thing_n that_o now_o i_o mean_v to_o deliver_v be_v no_o more_o but_o this_o that_o whereas_o the_o apostle_n do_v so_o plain_o insinuate_v that_o the_o party_n that_o be_v in_o such_o sort_n forsake_v may_v marry_v again_o 34._o and_o then_o do_v not_o altogether_o rely_v on_o that_o case_n neither_o but_o take_v in_o some_o other_o withal_o hence_o it_o seem_v may_v best_o be_v decide_v in_o what_o case_n it_o may_v be_v permit_v to_o marry_v again_o so_o that_o the_o rule_n be_v not_o in_o this_o point_n exceed_v to_o grant_v it_o to_o such_o as_o have_v such_o use_n of_o marriage_n already_o as_o need_n require_v for_o we_o do_v not_o here_o find_v that_o the_o apostle_n do_v allow_v it_o to_o any_o but_o only_o to_o such_o as_o otherwise_o be_v altogether_o deprive_v of_o it_o and_o though_o he_o take_v in_o such_o like_o withal_o yet_o must_v we_o therein_o have_v a_o good_a eye_n unto_o the_o original_n or_o pattern_n give_v and_o not_o account_v any_o like_a unto_o it_o but_o only_o wherein_o the_o one_o of_o the_o party_n be_v as_o much_o otherwise_o deprive_v of_o the_o use_n or_o benefit_n of_o marriage_n as_o in_o the_o case_n that_o the_o apostle_n himself_o have_v put_v for_o howsoever_o divers_a such_o there_o may_v be_v or_o at_o least_o some_o few_o wherein_o it_o may_v be_v allow_v to_o marry_v again_o yet_o certain_a it_o be_v that_o have_v none_o other_o scripture_n for_o it_o but_o this_o we_o have_v then_o no_o warrant_n at_o all_o to_o go_v any_o further_a or_o to_o extend_v that_o liberty_n to_o any_o other_o beside_o whatsoever_o conclusion_n 34_o but_o as_o touch_v the_o main_a if_o now_o we_o gather_v the_o chief_a and_o principal_a point_n together_o of_o all_o that_o
