the_o clear_a yearly_a value_n of_o 56._o shilling_n and_o 4._o penny_n and_o if_o it_o shall_v happen_v the_o aforesaid_a land_n and_n tenement_n above_o express_v or_o any_o parcel_n thereof_o at_o
