be_v make_v as_o aforesaid_a or_o those_o under_o who_o they_o claim_v do_v hold_v and_o enjoy_v or_o in_o case_n of_o deficiency_n of_o right_a aught_o to_o have_v hold_v and_o enjoy_v upon_o the_o seven_o of_o may_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o fifty_o nine_o which_o say_v two_o three_o part_n so_o as_o aforesaid_a to_o be_v allot_v shall_v be_v hold_v and_o enjoy_v by_o the_o person_n to_o or_o other_o such_o like_a heinous_a crime_n or_o cruelty_n upon_o the_o person_n of_o any_o of_o his_o majesty_n good_a subject_n &_o shall_v prove_v the_o same_o by_o such_o witness_n or_o other_o evidence_n as_o the_o say_a lord_n lieutenant_n or_o other_o chief_a governor_n or_o governor_n and_o council_n there_o shall_v think_v good_a proof_n that_o then_o and_o in_o such_o case_n it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o the_o say_a lord_n lieutenant_n or_o other_o chief_a governor_n or_o governor_n and_o council_n there_o by_o order_n of_o the_o council_n to_o declare_v and_o adjudge_v he_o the_o say_a sir_n edward_n fitz_n harris_n to_o be_v guilty_a of_o the_o crime_n or_o cruelty_n so_o allege_v and_o prove_v as_o aforesaid_a and_o upon_o such_o declaration_n and_o judgement_n the_o say_a sir_n edward_n fitz_n harris_n and_o his_o heir_n shall_v be_v and_o be_v hereby_o make_v incapable_a of_o any_o benefit_n or_o advantage_n in_o and_o by_o he_o or_o they_o will_v have_v be_v if_o the_o say_a sir_n edward_n fitz_n harris_n have_v not_o be_v name_v in_o this_o present_a act_n any_o thing_n herein_o before_o contain_v to_o the_o contrary_a in_o any_o wise_n notwithstanding_o and_o it_o be_v further_o enact_v that_o all_o and_o every_o the_o adventurer_n soldier_n and_o commissioned_n officer_n who_o serve_v before_o the_o five_o of_o of_o clancarty_n if_o she_o survive_v the_o say_a earl_n may_v by_o way_n of_o lease_n for_o year_n of_o any_o part_n of_o the_o premise_n or_o by_o grant_n of_o a_o rent-charge_n for_o year_n out_o dorothy_n his_o wife_n sir_n philip_n percival_n thomas_n late_a earl_n of_o strafford_n and_o sir_n george_n radcliffe_n or_o any_o of_o they_o their_o heir_n or_o assign_n of_o any_o of_o they_o and_o not_o by_o they_o or_o some_o of_o they_o already_o pay_v for_o and_o towards_o the_o purchase_n and_o buy_v off_o of_o any_o of_o the_o say_a mortgage_n lease_n or_o encumbrance_n which_o be_v upon_o the_o estate_n of_o the_o say_v donogh_n o_o conner_n at_o the_o time_n of_o the_o say_a contract_n make_v as_o aforesaid_a which_o sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n so_o make_v appear_v to_o be_v
