may_v know_v how_o the_o yearly_a fund_z appropriate_v by_o the_o say_a act_n or_o any_o proportion_n or_o part_v thereof_o be_v to_o be_v issue_v or_o apply_v according_a to_o the_o true_a intent_n and_o mean_v of_o the_o same_o act_n of_o parliament_n and_o we_o do_v hereby_o authorize_v require_v and_o command_v the_o say_a auditor_n of_o the_o receipt_n of_o our_o exchequer_n to_o enroll_v and_o the_o clerk_n of_o the_o bell_n in_o the_o receipt_n of_o exchequer_n to_o record_v the_o say_v duplicate_v or_o duplicate_v in_o the_o register_n or_o record_n of_o their_o respective_a how_o the_o residue_n shall_v be_v pay_v in_o case_n there_o be_v no_o incorporation_n and_o in_o case_n so_o much_o as_o a_o moiety_n of_o the_o say_v five_o and_o twenty_o hundred_o and_o sixty_o four_o thousand_o pound_n or_o any_o great_a sum_n shall_v not_o be_v subscribe_v on_o or_o before_o the_o first_o day_n of_o august_n now_o next_o ensue_v than_o all_o the_o money_n which_o shall_v thereof_o of_o and_o from_o they_o respective_o and_o shall_v from_o time_n to_o time_n upon_o the_o say_a tally_n draw_v and_o sign_n such_o exchequer-order_n as_o be_v abovementioned_a for_o the_o proportionable_a part_n of_o the_o say_v yearly_o fund_z which_o in_o the_o respective_a case_n aforesaid_a be_v to_o be_v pay_v and_o issue_v either_o to_o the_o governor_n and_o company_n of_o the_o national_a land-bank_n and_o their_o successor_n for_o ever_o or_o to_o the_o respective_a subscriber_n and_o contributer_n their_o executor_n administrator_n successor_n and_o assign_v for_o ever_o according_a to_o the_o tenor_n and_o true_a mean_v of_o the_o say_a act_n of_o parliament_n and_o subject_a to_o the_o condition_n of_o redemption_n therein_o contain_v receipt_n any_o five_o commissioner_n to_o give_v receipt_n and_o we_o do_v also_o direct_v and_o appoint_v that_o you_o our_o say_a commissioner_n or_o any_o five_o or_o more_o of_o you_o who_o shall_v receive_v any_o of_o the_o abovementioned_a payment_n of_o the_o say_a first_n four_o part_n in_o pursuance_n of_o these_o present_n shall_v immediate_o give_v to_o the_o person_n or_o person_n pay_v the_o same_o a_o receipt_n in_o write_v for_o the_o several_a sum_n and_o sum_n of_o money_n so_o receive_v payment_n entry_n of_o payment_n and_o shall_v cause_v a_o entry_n thereof_o to_o be_v make_v in_o a_o book_n or_o book_n for_o that_o purpose_n to_o be_v keep_v in_o your_o say_a office_n or_o office_n wherein_o shall_v be_v enter_v and_o register_v the_o day_n on_o which_o every_o such_o payment_n shall_v be_v make_v the_o name_n of_o you_o our_o say_a commissioner_n to_o who_o each_o sum_n shall_v have_v be_v pay_v the_o name_n and_o place_n of_o abide_v of_o the_o say_a person_n or_o person_n make_v the_o payment_n with_o his_o she_o or_o their_o proper_a addition_n and_o the_o sum_n that_o shall_v be_v actual_o pay_v auditor_n transmit_v a_o acccount_n of_o the_o payment_n to_o the_o auditor_n and_o that_o you_o our_o say_a commissioner_n or_o any_o five_o or_o more_o of_o you_o do_v without_o delay_n after_o the_o say_v first_o day_n of_o august_n next_o ensue_v make_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v make_v a_o true_a account_n fair_o write_v in_o parchment_n of_o all_o the_o say_a receipt_n of_o the_o money_n of_o the_o say_a first_n four_o part_n express_v therein_o such_o particular_n as_o office_n of_o the_o auditor_n of_o the_o receipt_n of_o exchequer_n record_v account_v to_o be_v enrol_v and_o record_v and_o we_o do_v hereby_o authorize_v require_v and_o command_v the_o say_a and_o pleasure_n be_v and_o we_o do_v hereby_o require_v and_o command_v that_o you_o our_o say_a commissioner_n and_o every_o of_o you_o respective_o do_v from_o time_n to_o time_n assemble_v and_o meet_v together_o and_o give_v your_o attendance_n at_o the_o public_a office_n or_o office_n beforementioned_a and_o if_o the_o first_o subdivide_v subdivide_v or_o any_o other_o general_n meet_v
