and_o the_o say_a work_n of_o cleanse_v the_o say_a river_n as_o aforesaid_a except_o we_o our_o heir_n council_n except_o by_o order_n of_o council_n and_o successor_n or_o the_o lord_n and_o other_o of_o our_o or_o their_o privy_a council_n for_o the_o time_n be_v shall_v be_v first_o acquaint_v therewith_o and_o his_o and_o their_o licence_n shall_v be_v have_v and_o obtain_v in_o that_o brotherhood_n from_o the_o time_n of_o the_o say_v new_a election_n or_o choice_n for_o two_o whole_a year_n next_o and_o immediate_o follow_v or_o until_o there_o shall_v be_v as_o aforesaid_a some_o new_a or_o further_a election_n or_o choice_n either_o of_o themselves_o or_o some_o other_o to_o supply_v the_o place_n of_o warden_n to_o be_v call_v and_o account_v in_o the_o first_o year_n of_o morrow_n after_o the_o say_a trinity_n sunday_n then_o next_o follow_v and_o so_o from_o thence_o forward_o until_o the_o next_o new_a election_n or_o choice_n of_o other_o warden_n and_o those_o to_o be_v call_v and_o account_v in_o the_o second_o year_n of_o their_o supply_n or_o serve_v in_o that_o place_n the_o two_o elder_a or_o upper_a warden_n and_o this_o course_n to_o be_v always_o hold_v and_o keep_v in_o the_o choice_n and_o degree_n of_o the_o warden_n and_o yet_o nevertheless_o the_o say_a person_n or_o person_n be_v so_o nominate_v and_o elect_v to_o the_o place_n or_o office_n of_o warden_n or_o warden_n of_o the_o say_a guild_n fraternity_n oath_n warden_n oath_n or_o brotherhood_n as_o aforesaid_a when_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v be_v thereunto_o elect_v before_o he_o or_o they_o be_v admit_v to_o the_o execution_n of_o he_o or_o their_o say_a office_n or_o place_n shall_v make_v take_v and_o receive_v a_o like_a corporal_a oath_n upon_o the_o holy_a evangelist_n before_o the_o say_a master_n and_o assistant_n of_o the_o same_o guild_n fraternity_n or_o brotherhood_n or_o the_o great_a part_n of_o they_o or_o their_o deputy_n and_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o say_a guild_n fraternity_n or_o brotherhood_n in_o the_o place_n or_o stead_n place_n or_o stead_n of_o he_o or_o they_o that_o so_o die_v or_o be_v or_o be_v so_o dead_a displace_v remove_v or_o put_v out_o which_o person_n or_o person_n be_v so_o elect_v and_o nominate_v to_o the_o office_n or_o office_n long_o new_a warden_n to_o act_n how_o and_o how_o long_o place_n or_o place_n of_o warden_n or_o warden_n of_o the_o say_a guild_n fraternity_n or_o brotherhood_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a shall_v and_o may_v have_v and_o exercise_v the_o say_a office_n and_o office_n place_n and_o brethren_n as_o aforesaid_a whereof_o the_o say_a master_n or_o master_n deputy_n for_o the_o time_n be_v to_o be_v always_o one_o within_o convenient_a time_n after_o the_o death_n or_o remove_v of_o any_o such_o warden_n deputy_n or_o deputy_n to_o assemble_v themselves_o together_o at_o or_o in_o such_o convenient_a place_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a for_o the_o new_a election_n of_o some_o one_o before_o their_o departure_n from_o the_o say_a place_n nominate_v and_o elect_v either_o he_o or_o they_o again_o so_o displace_v or_o remove_v or_o some_o other_o of_o the_o say_a guild_n fraternity_n or_o brotherhood_n be_v a_o elder_a brother_n or_o brethren_n to_o be_v warden_n deputy_n or_o deputy_n of_o the_o same_o guild_n fraternity_n or_o brotherhood_n in_o the_o place_n and_o stead_n or_o place_n and_o stead_n of_o he_o or_o they_o that_o so_o die_v or_o be_v so_o displace_v or_o remove_v long_o with_o power_n to_o act_v how_o and_o how_o long_o which_o person_n or_o person_n be_v so_o nominate_v and_o elect_v unto_o the_o office_n or_o place_n of_o warden_n deputy_n of_o the_o say_a guild_n fraternity_n or_o brotherhood_n shall_v and_o may_v have_v and_o exercise_v the_o same_o office_n or_o place_n in_o absence_n of_o the_o warden_n or_o warden_n there_o into_o who_o place_n
or_o stead_n he_o or_o they_o shall_v be_v so_o choose_v to_o serve_v for_o and_o during_o the_o residue_n of_o the_o say_v two_o year_n or_o one_o year_n and_o so_o forward_o unto_o the_o time_n of_o a_o new_a election_n or_o choice_n of_o other_o warden_n or_o warden_n or_o other_o deputy_n according_a to_o the_o purport_n and_o true_a meaning_n of_o these_o present_n take_v after_o oath_n take_v he_o or_o they_o take_v first_o such_o corporal_a oath_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a for_o the_o due_a execution_n and_o performance_n thereof_o and_o of_o the_o allegiance_n and_o supremacy_n of_o we_o our_o heir_n and_o successor_n as_o aforesaid_a neglect_v deputy_n warden_n fine_a for_o neglect_v and_o if_o any_o person_n or_o person_n so_o to_o be_v appoint_v or_o elect_v to_o be_v a_o warden_n deputy_n or_o deputy_n of_o the_o say_a guild_n fraternity_n or_o brotherhood_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v refuse_v the_o say_a office_n or_o place_n without_o just_a cause_n or_o let_v so_o to_o do_v or_o shall_v after_o he_o or_o they_o have_v or_o have_v agree_v to_o it_o neglect_v the_o same_o he_o and_o they_o shall_v forfeit_v and_o lose_v several_o for_o every_o such_o default_n three_o pound_n six_o shilling_n and_o eight_o penny_n of_o lawful_a money_n of_o england_n in_o the_o name_n of_o a_o fine_a to_o be_v impose_v upon_o he_o or_o they_o several_o so_o refuse_v or_o neglect_v to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o say_a corporation_n to_o be_v demand_v and_o levy_v within_o such_o time_n and_o in_o such_o manner_n as_o the_o say_v fine_a to_o be_v impose_v upon_o the_o master_n be_v hereby_o direct_v to_o be_v demand_v and_o levy_v and_o so_o from_o time_n to_o time_n so_o often_o as_o the_o case_n shall_v require_v and_o further_o displacing_n new_a choice_n of_o assistant_n upon_o death_n or_o displacing_n we_o will_v and_o grant_v by_o these_o present_n for_o we_o our_o heir_n and_o successor_n unto_o the_o say_a master_n warden_n and_o assistant_n and_o to_o their_o their_o deputy_n together_o with_o the_o major_a part_n of_o the_o residue_n of_o the_o elder_a brethren_n as_o aforesaid_a whereof_o the_o master_n for_o the_o time_n be_v or_o his_o say_a deputy_n to_o be_v always_o one_o shall_v and_o may_v from_o time_n to_o time_n and_o at_o all_o time_n hereafter_o upon_o the_o death_n depose_v displace_v expulsion_n or_o remove_v of_o they_o or_o any_o fraternity_n or_o brotherhood_n for_o and_o during_o the_o term_n of_o their_o natural_a life_n as_o aforesaid_a swear_v assistant_n to_o be_v swear_v and_o yet_o nevertheless_o the_o say_a person_n be_v so_o to_o be_v nominate_v and_o elect_v to_o be_v assistant_n of_o the_o say_a guild_n fraternity_n or_o brotherhood_n as_o aforesaid_a when_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v be_v thereunto_o vote_v and_o elect_v before_o he_o or_o they_o be_v admit_v to_o the_o execution_n of_o he_o or_o their_o say_a office_n or_o place_n shall_v also_o make_v take_v and_o receive_v a_o like_a corporal_a oath_n upon_o the_o evangelist_n before_o the_o master_n warden_n and_o residue_n of_o the_o say_a assistant_n and_o elder_a brethren_n of_o the_o say_a guild_n fraternity_n or_o brotherhood_n or_o their_o deputy_n for_o the_o time_n be_v or_o the_o great_a part_n of_o they_o as_o aforesaid_a whereof_o the_o master_n or_o master_n deputy_n for_o the_o time_n be_v to_o be_v always_o one_o that_o he_o and_o further_o we_o will_v by_o these_o present_n that_o the_o say_v assistant_n or_o assistant_n so_o as_o aforesaid_a from_o time_n to_o time_n to_o be_v elect_v vote_v and_o swear_v during_o the_o time_n that_o he_o or_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o shall_v continue_v in_o their_o say_a office_n and_o place_n of_o assistant_n ship_n be_v from_o time_n to_o time_n to_o the_o best_a of_o their_o say_a master_n warden_n and_o assistant_n and_o to_o their_o successor_n that_o when_o and_o as_o often_o as_o it_o shall_v happen_v all_o or_o any_o of_o the_o assistant_n of_o the_o say_a guild_n fraternity_n or_o brotherhood_n for_o the_o time_n be_v at_o any_o time_n or_o time_n next_o after_o that_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o shall_v be_v voted_n elect_v and_o swear_v to_o the_o office_n or_o place_n of_o assistant_n of_o the_o say_a guild_n fraternity_n or_o brotherhood_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a to_o die_v or_o to_o be_v displace_v or_o remove_v from_o the_o say_a office_n or_o place_n which_o assistant_n or_o assistant_n not_o demeaning_a he_o or_o themselves_o well_o in_o the_o say_a office_n or_o place_n we_o will_v to_o be_v removable_a at_o the_o will_n and_o pleasure_n of_o the_o master_n warden_n and_o residue_n of_o the_o assistant_n and_o elder_a brethren_n of_o the_o say_a guild_n fraternity_n or_o brotherhood_n or_o the_o great_a part_n of_o they_o by_o themselves_o before_o their_o departure_n from_o the_o say_a place_n elect_v and_o nominate_v he_o or_o they_o so_o remove_v displace_v or_o put_v forth_o or_o some_o other_o of_o the_o guild_n fraternity_n or_o brotherhood_n be_v elder_a brother_n to_o be_v assistant_n or_o assistant_n of_o the_o say_a guild_n fraternity_n or_o brotherhood_n in_o place_n or_o stead_n place_n or_o stead_n of_o he_o or_o they_o that_o so_o die_v or_o be_v or_o be_v so_o displace_v or_o remove_v which_o person_n and_o person_n be_v so_o elect_v and_o nominate_v to_o the_o office_n or_o office_n or_o place_n or_o place_n of_o assistant_n of_o the_o say_a guild_n fraternity_n or_o brotherhood_n shall_v and_o may_v have_v life_n with_o power_n to_o act_v for_o life_n and_o exercise_v the_o say_a office_n and_o office_n place_n and_o place_n for_o and_o during_o he_o or_o their_o natural_a life_n or_o unto_o the_o time_n of_o a_o new_a election_n and_o choice_n as_o aforesaid_a he_o or_o they_o take_v first_o alike_o corporal_a oath_n upon_o the_o holy_a evangelist_n for_o such_o due_a execution_n and_o performance_n thereof_o take_v after_o oath_n first_o take_v and_o of_o the_o allegiance_n and_o supremacy_n of_o we_o our_o heir_n and_o successor_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a and_o if_o any_o person_n and_o person_n act_v the_o assistant_n fine_a for_o refuse_v or_o neglect_v to_o act_v nominate_v and_o elect_v to_o be_v a_o assistant_n or_o assistant_n of_o the_o say_a guild_n fraternity_n or_o brotherhood_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v refuse_v the_o say_a office_n or_o place_n without_o just_a
