administrator_n and_o assign_v shall_v and_o will_v stand_v possess_v and_o entrust_v with_o the_o say_a mine_n in_o trust_v out_o of_o the_o clear_a profit_n that_o shall_v be_v make_v by_o and_o from_o the_o say_a mine_n to_o pay_v to_o every_o such_o of_o the_o say_a partner_n who_o shall_v in_o manner_n aforesaid_a relinquish_v their_o share_n in_o the_o say_a mine_n the_o further_a sum_n of_o ten_o pound_n for_o every_o share_n so_o to_o be_v relinquish_v and_o so_o charge_v shall_v and_o will_v permit_v and_o suffer_v the_o say_a sir_n humphrey_n mackworth_n and_o such_o other_o person_n or_o person_n his_o and_o their_o assignee_n and_o assignee_n to_o be_v make_v in_o manner_n as_o herein_o be_v direct_v and_o in_o such_o proportion_n manner_n and_o form_n as_o the_o say_a of_o the_o say_a partner_n who_o shall_v within_o the_o space_n of_o ten_o day_n next_o after_o the_o say_a proposal_n shall_v be_v make_v by_o the_o say_a sir_n humphrey_n mackworth_n to_o the_o say_a partner_n as_o aforesaid_a declare_v that_o they_o will_v not_o engage_v with_o the_o say_a sir_n humphrey_n mackworth_n according_a to_o such_o proposal_n but_o will_v under_o their_o hand_n and_o seal_n release_v and_o relinquish_v their_o share_n and_o interest_n in_o the_o say_a mine_n for_o every_o share_n of_o such_o person_n who_o shall_v so_o relinquish_v their_o share_n and_o interest_n therein_o within_o the_o time_n aforesaid_a according_a to_o the_o true_a intent_n and_o meaning_n of_o these_o present_n and_o of_o all_o the_o party_n thereunto_o that_o then_o these_o present_n and_o every_o covenant_n grant_v and_o clause_n herein_o contain_v shall_v cease_v determine_v and_o be_v utter_o void_a to_o all_o intent_n and_o purpose_n whatsoever_o as_o if_o the_o same_o have_v never_o be_v have_v or_o make_v any_o thing_n in_o these_o present_n to_o the_o contrary_a thereof_o contain_v in_o any_o wise_n notwithstanding_o and_o that_o then_o and_o from_o thenceforth_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o the_o say_a trustee_n and_o partner_n and_o to_o and_o for_o the_o say_v edward_n pryse_n and_o his_o assign_v and_o every_o of_o they_o respective_o into_o all_o and_o singular_a the_o say_a mine_n oar_n mineral_n and_o premise_n by_o they_o respective_o grant_v as_o aforesaid_a to_o re-enter_a and_o the_o same_o to_o have_v again_o as_o in_o his_o and_o their_o several_a and_o respective_a former_a estate_n and_o estate_n and_o to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o several_a and_o respective_a party_n according_a to_o their_o several_a and_o respective_a interest_n and_o share_n abovementioned_a and_o according_a to_o the_o old_a constitution_n and_o method_n of_o management_n of_o the_o say_a mine_n in_o the_o say_v recite_v deed_n mention_v and_o contain_v and_o not_o otherwise_o any_o thing_n
in_o these_o present_n to_o the_o contrary_a thereof_o contain_v in_o any_o wise_n notwithstanding_o m._n george_n london_n security_n to_o be_v assign_v to_o sir_n h._n m._n and_o it_o be_v hereby_o further_o agree_v that_o upon_o payment_n make_v to_o the_o say_v george_n london_n of_o all_o such_o money_n as_o shall_v appear_v to_o be_v just_o owe_v to_o he_o from_o the_o say_a partner_n by_o reason_n of_o and_o on_o account_n of_o the_o say_a mine_n he_o the_o say_v george_n london_n shall_v assign_v and_o transfer_v all_o his_o security_n for_o the_o same_o to_o the_o say_a sir_n humphrey_n mackworth_n oldbury_n a_o release_n to_o be_v give_v to_o mr._n phips_n and_o mr._n oldbury_n and_o further_o that_o in_o case_n the_o say_a thomas_n phipps_n and_o john_n oldbury_n shall_v and_o will_v seal_v and_o execute_v this_o present_a indenture_n within_o the_o time_n aforesaid_a and_o in_o case_n they_o or_o either_o of_o they_o shall_v pay_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v pay_v to_o the_o say_a sir_n humphrey_n mackworth_n within_o the_o space_n of_o twenty_o day_n next_o ensue_v the_o date_n of_o these_o present_n towards_o the_o discharge_n of_o the_o debt_n aforesaid_a all_o such_o sum_n and_o sum_n of_o money_n as_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v just_o owe_v from_o they_o or_o either_o of_o they_o the_o say_v john_n oldbury_n and_o thomas_n phipps_n to_o the_o say_a partner_n or_o any_o of_o they_o for_o or_o by_o reason_n of_o any_o trust_n matter_n or_o thing_n whatsoever_o relate_v to_o the_o say_a mine_n stock_n and_o premise_n or_o any_o of_o they_o which_o be_v they_o as_o the_o say_v john_n oldbury_n and_o thomas_n phipps_n or_o either_o of_o they_o shall_v request_v so_o to_o do_v shall_v release_v the_o say_a john_n oldbury_n and_o thomas_n phipps_n their_o executor_n administrator_n and_o assign_v off_o and_o from_o all_o debt_n duty_n and_o demand_n whatsoever_o for_o or_o by_o reason_n or_o on_o account_n of_o the_o say_a mine_n or_o any_o trust_n or_o other_o matter_n or_o thing_n relate_v thereto_o establish_v the_o limit_n and_o boundary_n of_o the_o mine_n declare_v and_o establish_v and_o it_o be_v hereby_o further_o declare_v and_o agree_v by_o and_o between_o all_o the_o say_a party_n to_o these_o present_n and_o every_o of_o they_o that_o nothing_o herein_o contain_v shall_v be_v construe_v to_o extend_v or_o enlarge_v hereafter_o happen_v to_o be_v discover_v in_o or_o under_o any_o other_o land_n or_o tenement_n within_o the_o say_a lordship_n of_o generglyn_n in_o the_o parish_n of_o lanvyhangell_n generglyn_n miner_n and_o workman_n from_o time_n to_o time_n and_o at_o all_o time_n hereafter_o to_o make_v and_o drive_v any_o level_n adit_fw-la or_o seek_v to_o the_o say_a mine_n in_o partnership_n or_o any_o of_o they_o in_o order_n to_o drain_v the_o water_n from_o the_o same_o through_o any_o other_o the_o land_n and_o tenement_n of_o the_o say_v edward_n pryse_n in_o the_o say_a county_n of_o cardigan_n but_o not_o to_o have_v claim_n or_o demand_v any_o mine_n oar_n or_o mineral_n whatsoever_o in_o any_o land_n or_o tenement_n within_o the_o say_a lordship_n of_o generglyn_n out_o of_o the_o say_a limit_n and_o boundary_n aforesaid_a provide_v always_o that_o all_o and_o every_o the_o say_a partner_n and_o partner_n who_o shall_v refuse_v or_o neglect_v to_o sign_n seal_v and_o his_o hand_n and_o seal_v limit_n and_o appoint_v either_o to_o become_v adventurer_n or_o adventurer_n with_o the_o say_a sir_n humphrey_n mackworth_n accord_v to_o the_o say_v intend_v proposal_n or_o to_o relinquish_v their_o share_n in_o the_o say_a mine_n for_o twenty_o pound_n per_fw-la share_n to_o be_v pay_v and_o secure_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v be_v and_o be_v hereby_o exclude_v partner_n so_o refuse_v to_o execute_v these_o present_n and_o make_v their_o election_n within_o the_o time_n aforesaid_a shall_v be_v and_o be_v hereby_o rate_v charge_v and_o assess_v towards_o the_o raise_n of_o a_o stock_n to_o carry_v on_o the_o say_a mineral_n work_v forty_o shilling_n for_o every_o share_n to_o they_o several_o and_o respective_o belong_v as_o aforesaid_a to_o be_v pay_v to_o the_o say_a committee_n of_o the_o say_a mine_n for_o the_o time_n be_v for_o the_o use_n aforesaid_a at_o the_o house_n of_o francis_n pigott_n gentleman_n in_o durham-court_n in_o great_a
