seven_o of_o may_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o fifty_o and_o nine_o seize_v or_o possess_v of_o all_o or_o any_o the_o say_a land_n as_o a_o adventurer_n or_o adventurer_n or_o as_o the_o heir_n or_o assignee_n of_o any_o adventurer_n than_o they_o shall_v forthwith_o restore_v the_o possession_n to_o the_o say_v erasmus_n smith_n to_o be_v hold_v by_o he_o and_o his_o heir_n and_o assign_n letter_n patent_n than_o they_o shall_v adjudge_v the_o say_v land_n or_o so_o much_o thereof_o as_o they_o shall_v find_v to_o be_v so_o conceal_v to_o sir_n john_n stephens_n and_o his_o heir_n to_o be_v hold_v by_o he_o and_o his_o heir_n according_a to_o the_o tenor_n of_o his_o say_a letter_n patent_n and_o such_o judgement_n and_o decree_n as_o the_o say_a commissioner_n shall_v make_v be_v levy_v upon_o such_o person_n as_o shall_v make_v default_n by_o distress_n and_o sale_n of_o their_o good_n the_o generality_n of_o such_o person_n make_v default_n not_o live_v in_o this_o kingdom_n the_o say_a provision_n have_v be_v hitherto_o render_v very_o much_o fruitless_a be_v it_o therefore_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o for_o better_a answer_v of_o those_o ______o ridge_n esq_n ______o lenthall_n esq_n ______o radcliffe_n edward_n smith_n esq_n or_o the_o major_a part_n of_o they_o or_o the_o survivor_n or_o survivor_n of_o they_o be_v and_o be_v
