the_o will_n of_o his_o decree_n but_o of_o the_o will_n of_o his_o command_n he_o may_v be_v say_v not_o to_o will_v desire_n or_o delight_n in_o the_o death_n of_o a_o sinner_n because_o he_o command_v and_o enjoin_v every_o man_n to_o do_v that_o which_o will_v keep_v he_o from_o death_n and_o certain_o bring_v he_o to_o life_n be_v it_o observe_v ofttimes_o though_o not_o always_o as_o in_o the_o example_n of_o abraham_n kill_v his_o son_n the_o will_n of_o his_o command_n be_v a_o effect_n of_o his_o internal_a will_n and_o therefore_o by_o a_o metonimy_n be_v call_v by_o the_o same_o name_n 2._o sometime_o will_n and_o affection_n be_v attribute_v to_o god_n in_o scripture_n per_fw-la modum_fw-la actionis_fw-la in_o regard_n of_o his_o action_n as_o he_o be_v say_v to_o repent_v not_o because_o he_o change_v his_o mind_n but_o because_o he_o change_v his_o action_n as_o a_o repent_a man_n be_v wont_a to_o do_v so_o he_o be_v say_v to_o will_n or_o desire_v such_o or_o such_o a_o thing_n because_o he_o so_o carry_v himself_o in_o his_o action_n as_o one_o that_o desire_v a_o thing_n shall_v be_v his_o action_n be_v such_o as_o be_v fit_a to_o bring_v forth_o such_o a_o effect_n thus_o likewise_o he_o may_v be_v say_v not_o to_o will_v the_o death_n of_o a_o sinner_n or_o the_o death_n of_o he_o that_o die_v because_o his_o carriage_n towards_o they_o and_o all_o his_o action_n and_o deal_n with_o they_o be_v such_o as_o be_v fit_a to_o preserve_v they_o from_o death_n and_o destruction_n and_o to_o bring_v they_o to_o life_n and_o safety_n his_o goodness_n forbearance_n and_o long_o suffer_v lead_n to_o repentance_n his_o judgement_n be_v upon_o the_o earth_n that_o the_o inhabitant_n of_o the_o world_n may_v learn_v righteousness_n much_o more_o do_v his_o word_n and_o ordinance_n immediate_o tend_v to_o life_n that_o in_o this_o and_o the_o like_a place_n the_o will_n of_o god_n be_v not_o to_o be_v take_v proper_o for_o the_o will_n of_o his_o decree_n or_o good_a pleasure_n appear_v because_o this_o be_v always_o fulfil_v what_o he_o will_v he_o work_v our_o god_n be_v in_o heaven_n and_o do_v whatsoever_o he_o will_v psalm_n 115.3_o whatsoever_o please_v the_o lord_n that_o do_v he_o in_o heaven_n and_o in_o earth_n psalm_n 135.6_o where_o will_v proper_o take_v and_o power_n concur_v there_o effect_n must_v needs_o follow_v and_o so_o no_o sinner_n shall_v die_v when_o the_o scripture_n mention_n two_o thing_n of_o god_n which_o can_v stand_v together_o as_o that_o he_o do_v repent_v and_o that_o he_o can_v effect_v his_o own_o end_n and_o purpose_n when_o therefore_o it_o be_v say_v that_o he_o do_v not_o will_n or_o desire_v the_o death_n of_o he_o that_o die_v this_o be_v not_o to_o be_v take_v
