move_v not_o their_o harden_a heart_n or_o inlighten_v and_o move_v they_o so_o light_o that_o it_o neither_o beget_v true_a faith_n nor_o work_n real_a alteration_n or_o conversion_n in_o they_o but_o by_o this_o vocation_n only_o proper_a to_o the_o elect_a lxvi_o i_o understand_v a_o clear_a manifestation_n of_o god_n truth_n to_o which_o the_o elect_a be_v both_o outward_o and_o inward_o draw_v effectual_o from_o the_o general_a corruption_n of_o infidelity_n and_o sin_n to_o serve_v he_o in_o faith_n and_o good_a work_n in_o a_o sure_a hope_n of_o salvation_n their_o mind_n be_v enlighten_v by_o god_n and_o their_o heart_n mollify_v lxvii_o the_o outward_a preach_n of_o god_n word_n and_o inward_a persuasion_n and_o motion_n of_o his_o spirit_n be_v necessary_a to_o this_o effectual_a vocation_n i_o believe_v it_o a_o grace_n of_o god_n who_o call_v we_o in_o mercy_n and_o draw_v we_o pow'rful_o yet_o by_o such_o gentle_a mean_n and_o such_o fair_a light_n that_o we_o willing_o follow_v he_o and_o upon_o the_o same_o ground_n i_o conceive_v it_o above_o the_o strength_n of_o our_o nature_n who_o corruption_n be_v well_o know_v to_o i_o lxviii_o i_o believe_v and_o confess_v that_o we_o have_v no_o preparation_n nor_o inclination_n to_o this_o merciful_a and_o effectual_a vocation_n and_o that_o our_o moral_a honesty_n or_o natural_a goodness_n strength_n wisdom_n or_o knowledge_n contribut_v nothing_o to_o our_o vocation_n nor_o can_v work_v our_o conversion_n which_o proper_o be_v either_o vocation_n itself_o or_o a_o effect_n of_o it_o for_o when_o the_o lord_n do_v pow'rful_o call_v we_o we_o must_v without_o opposition_n or_o resistance_n turn_v back_o from_o our_o ill_a way_n and_o willing_o follow_v those_o path_n through_o which_o he_o lead_v we_o to_o heaven_n lxix_o these_o path_n be_v hard_a and_o stony_a most_o unpleasant_a to_o our_o corrupt_a nature_n as_o mortify_v it_o and_o subdue_a it_o to_o the_o spirit_n which_o be_v revive_v be_v make_v easy_a by_o the_o assistance_n of_o god_n spirit_n who_o free_o do_v in_o part_n deliver_v his_o elect_a from_o their_o natural_a corruption_n and_o renew_v in_o they_o god_n image_n do_v strengthen_v they_o to_o do_v good_a work_n to_o the_o glory_n of_o their_o maker_n who_o thus_o sanctify_v those_o who_o he_o have_v justify_v lxx_o i_o believe_v that_o god_n justify_v both_o by_o pardon_v sin_n and_o impute_v righteousness_n and_o acknowledge_v this_o remission_n and_o jmputation_n a_o eternal_a and_o free_a action_n of_o god_n who_o for_o christ_n full_a satisfaction_n be_v pleasâ—d_fw-mi to_o remit_v sin_n and_o impute_v unto_o the_o sinner_n his_o perfect_a righteousness_n thus_o to_o make_v he_o just_a before_o he_o and_o give_v he_o everlasting_a life_n for_o certain_o god_n glorify_v all_o those_o who_o he_o have_v justify_v and_o as_o he_o justify_v free_o without_o respect_n of_o work_n so_o in_o mercy_n he_o glorify_v lxxi_o i_o believe_v then_o that_o be_v justify_v free_o by_o the_o mercy_n of_o god_n through_o the_o merit_n of_o christ_n which_o our_o faith_n as_o a_o hand_n seize_v thus_o make_v his_o righteousness_n we_o we_o be_v by_o the_o same_o mercy_n and_o merit_n glorify_v yea_o so_o free_o that_o god_n in_o his_o eternal_a will_n have_v predestinate_v we_o to_o glory_n to_o manifâ—st_a the_o riches_n of_o his_o mercy_n in_o our_o perpetual_a happiness_n lxxii_o i_o confess_v then_o that_o by_o grace_n we_o be_v save_v through_o faith_n apprehend_v that_o grace_n god_n offer_v we_o in_o christ_n and_o not_o by_o work_n lest_o any_o man_n shall_v glory_v in_o himself_o if_o his_o good_a deed_n can_v purchase_v he_o that_o excellent_a felicity_n god_n have_v prepare_v for_o the_o faithful_a lxxiii_o i_o therefore_o expect_v the_o glory_n of_o the_o child_n of_o god_n from_o his_o mercy_n and_o love_n to_o i_o in_o christ_n in_o who_o we_o be_v his_o adopt_a child_n and_o so_o coheires_n of_o his_o kingdom_n and_o not_o by_o virtue_n of_o my_o worâ—es_n be_v they_o never_o so_o good_a for_o though_o they_o be_v command_v i_o to_o testify_v my_o obedience_n love_n gratitude_n to_o god_n to_o advance_v his_o glory_n and_o make_v my_o vocation_n and_o election_n certain_a by_o show_v that_o my_o faith_n be_v not_o dead_a in_o my_o heart_n but_o be_v a_o fruitful_a tree_n and_o though_o again_o i_o be_v create_v in_o jesus_n christ_n unto_o good_a work_n and_o so_o resolve_v full_o to_o walk_v in_o they_o by_o the_o assistance_n of_o god_n spirit_n as_o be_v the_o know_a way_n to_o everlastâ—ng_v happiness_n yet_o lxxiv_o i_o believe_v they_o can_v be_v a_o meâ—â—â—rious_a cause_n of_o those_o infinite_a joy_n which_o neither_o our_o wise_a heart_n can_v conceive_v nor_o our_o best_a work_n equal_a as_o there_o be_v no_o proportion_n of_o a_o finit_fw-la and_o temporary_a action_n to_o that_o infinite_a and_o everlasting_a life_n which_o again_o i_o expect_v from_o the_o grace_n and_o mercy_n of_o god_n both_o in_o soul_n and_o body_n for_o though_o this_o shall_v die_v and_o corrupt_v yet_o remember_v christ_n promise_n to_o raise_v all_o man_n at_o the_o last_o day_n and_o consider_v that_o it_o be_v fit_a the_o whole_a man_n receive_v for_o ever_o the_o reward_n of_o his_o wickedness_n
